A nutritious drink like this is often all a toddler needs as a snack. Especially when made with bananas, which have twice the vitamin c of apples and pears.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey (optional, only for children over 12 months)
250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) milk
Method
1. Peel the banana and roughly chop. Place in a blender with the yoghurt, honey, if using, and milk and blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
2. Pour into two glasses and serve.
