Lagered Ale • 5.2% alc/vol
Available year-round, Lug-Tread is our award winning, flagship beer. Golden-hued, crisp and finely balanced, Lug-Tread is top fermented (like an ale) and then cold aged (like a lager) for a lengthy period. This gives our beer some light ale notes complemented by a lager-like crispness. Lug-Tread displays interwoven malt and hop flavours, subtle fruit flavours and a crisp, lingering finish.
Pale ale • 5.0% alc/vol
Polaris Pale Ale is brewed with wild-harvested spruce tips, Québec-grown hops and Ontario wheat. This inspired, tasty beer was brewed by Beau's to honour all the deserving artists and albums nominated for the 2016 Polaris Music Prize, and offer a tip of the hat to this uniquely Canadian reward for artistic merit.
Pours a light orange with a frothy white head. The predominantly woodland aroma of spruce also offers subtle notes of citrusy hops. The flavour is mildly peppery and zesty spruce is echoed here too, a medium malt backbone holds it all in place. The finish is clean and snappy.

Golden Vox • 6% alc/vol
Golden Vox is a rye pale lagered ale that was conceived and brewed collaboratively between Beau’s and Canadian hip hop artist k-os. The recipe is a blend of rye and barley malts, with just a kiss of whiskey, courtesy of a light aging on rye-soaked oak spirals.
Smooth malty notes are kept in balance by the citrus & slight pine hop character. Peppery undertones derived from the rye malt harmonize with gentle warmth and subtle toastiness from light aging on rye-whiskey-soaked oak.

Belgian Tripel (Wine Barrel Aged and Bottle Conditioned) • 9.0% alc/vol
Celebrate the holiday season with New Lang Syne, a strong, deep-golden Belgian Tripel that’s aged in white wine barrels, then bottle-conditioned to sparkling effervescence so you can pop the cork on good times. Scottish-Style Ale • 4.7% alc/vol
Originating in the 1800s, Scottish ales were classified on a “shilling” scale based on their alcohol strength, typically ranging from 60 shilling (“light”) to 90 (“wee heavy”). In the midst of these extremes are 80 shilling ales (“export”), classic crowd-pleasers and a style that has stood the test of time.
Pours a deep copper colour. Malt character is predominant, with a few esters, and just enough hops for balance. Toasted flavour, and dry, with mild-to-moderate caramel.

Scottish-Style Ale • 4.7% alc/vol
Weissbier is a German-style wheat ale, with a history that goes back to Bavarian brewing in the 16th century. The wheat malt and hefeweizen ale yeast come together to create the clove and banana aromas and characteristic flavours that set the weissbier style apart.
Weissbier pours a cloudy pale yellow with a frothy white foam. The aroma suggests lemon zest, mild clove and unripe banana. The flavour is a zippy medley of citrus, banana and mild spice. The finish is thirst-quenching and refreshing.
