En 1839, ue mutinerie éclate à bord de l'Amistad, un navire espagnol chargé d'esclaves (dont le personnage principal : Cinque ). La majeure partie de l'équipage est tuée et le capitaine est pris en otage. Les insurgés exigent qu'ils les ramènent à leur point de départ, l'Afrique.
Mais le capitaine les dupe en les dirigeant vers l'Amérique. Au large des côtes, le bateau est intercepté et les esclaves jetés en prison, accusés de meurtres. Deux fervents défenseurs de l'abolition de l'esclavage, aidés d'un jeune avocat ambitieux, vont tenter de faire libérer les esclaves. Grâce à un formidable réquisitoire et un solide dossier, ils vont y parvenir.
Mais la joie est de courte durée : le président Van Buren fait, en effet, casser le jugement...

Laura Pausini
Laura Pausini, omri (Italian: [ˈlaura pauˈziːni]; born 16 May 1974) is an Italian pop singer-songwriter and record producer. As a child, she was encouraged by her father to join him during his performances in local piano bars. After competing in local singing contests, Pausini signed her first recording contract. She rose to fame in 1993, winning the newcomer artists' section of the 43rd Sanremo Music Festival with her debut single "La solitudine", which became an Italian standard and an international hit, topping the charts in Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium. Her eponymous debut album was released in Italy on 23 April 1993 and later became an international success, selling two million copies worldwide.
Its follow-up, Laura, was released in 1994 and confirmed her international success, selling three million copies worldwide. During the same year, she released her first Spanish-language album, Laura Pausini, composed of ten adapted songs originally included in her previous works. The album was certified diamond by the Association of Phonographic and Videographic of Spain, making her the first non-Spanish artist to sell more than one million copies in Spain.

Édgar Alexánder Campos Mora (born September 17, 1977), better known as Alex Campos, is a Colombian Christian singer that is popular in Latin America and in Spanish speaking countries. Campos was born in Bogota, where he founded his musical company, Misión Vida, to promote his ministry in 2001. He has been nominated for a Latin Grammy, Premios Shock, GMA Dove Awards and Premios ARPA.
Biography
Early life
He is the elder brother of four sons and grew up in a dysfunctional home. Since he was 12 years old, he visited a local Christian Church. At the age of 14, he joined his first group where he played the recorder. When Campos was 17, the group Misión Vida was formed. On March 22, 2004, Campos married Natalia Rodríguez. They have two children, Juanita and Simon. The following year 2006 Alex Campos and Joshua Flores 'his little cousin' started composing music together and have been together ever since. Although Joshua is the composer of most of Alex songs, Alex Campos is the lead singer of the group. Joshua was well known throughout Central and South America, because of his tours with Alex Campos.
