A handgun holster is a device used to hold or restrict the undesired movement of a handgun, most commonly in a location where it can be easily withdrawn for immediate use. Holsters are often attached to a belt or waistband, but they may be attached to other locations of the body (e.g., the ankle holster). Holsters vary in the degree to which they secure or protect the firearm. Some holsters for law enforcement officers have a strap over the top of the holster to make the handgun less likely to fall out of the holster or harder for another person to grab the gun. Some holsters have a flap over the top to protect the gun from the elements.
Holsters are generally designed to offer protection to the handgun, secure its retention, and provide ready access to it. The need for ready access is often at odds with the need for security and protection, so the user must consider the individual's needs. Choosing the right balance can be very important, especially in the case of a defensive weapon holster, where failure to access the weapon quickly or damage or loss of the weapon due to insufficient retention or protection could result in serious injury or death to the user.
A crossbreed or crossbred usually refers to an organism with purebred parents of two different breeds, varieties, or populations. Crossbreeding, sometimes called "designer crossbreeding", refers to the process of breeding such an organism, often with the intention to create offspring that share the traits of both parent lineages, or producing an organism with hybrid vigor. While crossbreeding is used to maintain health and viability of organisms, irresponsible crossbreeding can also produce organisms of inferior quality or dilute a purebred gene pool to the point of extinction of a given breed of organism.
The term is also used at times to refer to a domestic animal of unknown ancestry where the breed status of only one parent or grandparent is known, though the term "mixed breed" is technically more accurate. The term outcross is used to describe a type of crossbreeding used within a purebred breed to increase the genetic diversity within the breed, particularly when there is a need to avoid inbreeding.

Bought a Ctossbreed Mini Tuck holster for my M&P; Shield 9. Hybrid holster with leather & kydex. Got the horsehide leather as it's recommended for areas with high humidity. In Georgia it gets very humid in summer and I wanted leather that would repel as much moisture as possible. It has the combat cut making it very easy to draw and reholster. I have a Crossbreed Mini Tuck for my Glock 43 as well. Very comfortable holster and I highly recommend it.

This is a review of the Crossbreed Supertuck/Minituck. This review is specifically for the ladies. Being a girl with CCW/CCP myself, I know how hard it can be for women to concealed carry. This holster is an excellent option for every day carry (jeans/T-shirt kind of days.)

Bought a Crossbreed Mini Tuck hoilster for my new Glock 43. It's a kydex and leather hybrid holster. Cost $65.00. Very thin and so comfortable to carry CCW. You can barely tell you have it on. Very comfortable. Been wearing itfor 2 weeks every day and no discomfort at all. Highly recommend this holster.
Here's part two after 6-7 months of using, you be the judge! It's your money. What are you wanting to spend your hard earned cash on? I have no stake in the game. I just want the best holster for the money I spend.
