Hi, I have invested in this project named Aditya Urban Homes situated in Aditya world City at NH 24. I have a 1bhk flat there. I have paid the 3rd installment. When is the 4th installment due? Does anyone has an idea about the installment according to the CLP plan? Those who have invested please reply. Also, what is the construction status? Has the construction started? Whoever visited recently or is planning to visit the site kindly share the pictures for the same.

Ankit Sharma Aditya Builder urban homes,, They are cheater, I will file a case against them, I have already canceled the unit, and provided the NOC. But they took my money and not returning.. They are fraud, Don't buy any flat from them

Anjani I have cancelled my Flat Booked in Urban Homes in Aditya world city but builder is not returning my money. I am cheated by these goons and mentally disturbed a lot. Guys this builder is cheater and fraud, never book any flat in Aditya/Aggrawal Associates

Veronica Dsouza's Regarding my recent property ad, I would appreciate if less agents contact, as I find that most of the contacts/leads are agents, who just ask questions without really wanted to make purchase. So far, I've received 5/6 enquiries and all from agents.
