Passionfruit

Passionfruit know-how
- Passionfruit freezes well - spoon the pulp into ice-cube trays and cover with foil.
- It's an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of iron and beta-carotene.
- It tastes great with rum, mint, vanilla, bananas, yoghurt, coconut and ice-cream.
