The week ahead

This week’s Parliamentary business includes Second Readings of the Health Services Medical Supplies (Costs) Bill and the Criminal Finances Bill, as well as Labour Opposition Day debates on Concentrix and Yemen. Kerry will be in Bristol for constituency appointments on Thursday but will then be returning to Westminster for Friday’s debate on the Homelessness Reduction Bill, which many constituents have urged her to attend.

Also this week, Kerry will be taking part in another session of the Environmental Audit Committee’s inquiry into the impact of Brexit on the Natural Environment, as well as meetings with the RSPB on grouse shooting and her work as a species champion for swifts; meeting PEW Trusts to discuss marine conservation; attending the launch of the Animal Replacement Centre of Excellence at Queen Mary University; a discussion on Brexit with former EU Trade Commissioner Lord Mandelson; and catch-ups with the Vegan Society and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
