Tickets can be purchased at the show venues; however, we suggest that you avoid lines and save time by purchasing your tickets from our online shop.

TICKET OPTIONS*

Regular price tickets

Day ticket (valid one day, either Dec 1, 2, 3 or 4): USD 50 if purchased online, USD 55 if purchased onsite.

Permanent ticket (valid all days, Dec 1 to 4): USD 105 if purchased online, USD 115 if purchased onsite.

Combination day ticket for both the Art Basel in Miami Beach 2016 show and Design Miami (valid one day, either Dec 1, 2, 3 or 4): USD 60 if purchased online, USD 65 if purchased onsite.

Reduced tickets

Reduced day ticket for students and seniors (valid one day, either Dec 1, 2, 3 or 4): USD 34. Students are individuals attending a college or university. Seniors are individuals ages 62 and up. Please fill out the application form here.

Group tickets 

Groups of 10 people or more: USD 34 per person (valid one day, either Dec 1, 2, 3 or 4). Please fill out the application form here.

School group tickets

School groups (grades K–12 accompanied by max. 3 teachers and/or chaperones per group): USD 17 per person. Please read the guidelines here. Groups are limited to 30 children and to 3 teachers and/or chaperones per group. College and university students need to purchase the reduced day ticket at USD 34 per person.

Please note reservations can no longer be made as all time slots have been filled.

*Admission is free for children aged 12 and under, when accompanied by an adult.

Where to buy tickets

Online

You can conveniently purchase your admission tickets online, print them out or save them on your smartphone and bring them to the venue. Online tickets are available for sale up to the last day of the show.

Box offices

Tickets can be purchased at box offices outside of halls C and D on the west side of the Miami Beach Convention Center building beginning December 1, 2016. 

Please note that there are no box offices on the east side of the building at halls A and B.

Avoid lines and save time by purchasing your tickets online. You will benefit from reduced online pricing for the Day, Permanent and Combination tickets if you purchase them in advance.

Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about purchasing tickets online: 

GENERAL INFORMATION

I purchased several online tickets for family members, and my personal details are on all of them. Is this a problem?

Not at all. Every online ticket has a unique bar code number. Each family member can enter the fair with a ticket even if it is in another person's name.

I found another site selling tickets to the Art Basel in Miami Beach show, can I get my tickets there too?

No. Please make sure to purchase the tickets via the official online ticket shop, and never from unknown third parties. Tickets may not be copied or reproduced. Don't risk missing the show!

How do I get my online ticket?

You will receive your ticket(s) as an attachment in a confirmation email. You will receive two files: a PDF and a Wallet file. You can save them to your computer and print them at home or download them to your mobile.

How can I use the Passbook/Wallet file?

The Passbook/Wallet file you receive via email can be saved directly on your iPhone's Passbook/Wallet app. When visiting the fair, simply open the ticket in the Passbook/Wallet application and scan it at the turnstiles.
Passbook/Wallet is an iPhone and iPod Touch app with iOS 6 or later. For other operating systems (Android / Windows Phone), third-party apps are available in the respective app stores; however, we cannot guarantee either their functionality or design.

How often can my online ticket be used?

Your ticket is checked at the turnstiles at the entrance. Please make sure to bring your printed copy or have the ticket stored in your Passbook/Wallet app.

If you purchased a day ticket, you may enter and exit the fair as often as you like, but only on the same day as shown/printed on your day ticket.

If, however, you purchased a permanent ticket, you may enter and exit the fair as often as you like on show days, December 1 to 4, 2016 during show hours.

PRINTING YOUR TICKET

What system do I need in order to print the online ticket?

You need the Adobe Acrobat Reader (the Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded via Adobes's website) and a printer.

Can I print my ticket more than once?

Yes it is possible to print your ticket multiple times. The barcode on it is scanned when you enter the fair. Each barcode is valid only for one admission, and only on the day (or days) you bought your ticket for.

FORGOT TICKET

What happens if I forget my online ticket?

If this happens, please contact one of the hosts at the entrance area of the exhibition or at the box office.

PAYMENT

Can I get my money back if I am unable to use my ticket?

No. The ticket once purchased is non-refundable.

My credit card has not been accepted, what can I do?

Please make sure your card information has been entered correctly and your card has not expired. If the payment still does not go through, contact your bank or try again later.

What is 3-D Secure?

Our online shop uses 3-D Secure as its security standard for credit card payments.
3-D Secure is an internationally recognized security standard supported by a number of credit card issuers (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club). It is used for credit card payments on the internet. The aim of this extra security layer is to reduce the likelihood of the fraudulent use of cards by third parties.
