OK, we have got the bottom of the City Loop delays. Actually, there were no delays in the end.
A Metro Trains spokeswoman said the driver of a Frankston train had made a mistake in announcing that passengers needed to get off at Melbourne Central. The delay in the end was only about three minutes. No cancelled services, although some commuters might think their service was cancelled.

The 9.24am Frankston to Flinders Street service will start at Cheltenham at 9.51am today.
Police have confirmed they've charged a fourth and final teen in regards to last week's high-speed drama involving an allegedly stolen BMW, reports Broede Carmody.
Police arrested a 15-year-old boy from Diamond Creek yesterday in Sarong Street, Watsonia, about 4.30pm.
He was taken to a nearby police station for interview and has been charged with a range of offences, including aggravated burglary, theft of a motor car and endangering other people.
He has been remanded to appear in a children's court at a later date.

Habitat-Filter is causing a stir this morning with Lord Mayor Robert Doyle giving it the thumbs down.

A paraglider is lucky to be alive after he plunged five metres and crashed into a tree near a clifftop at Bells Beach last night, reports Broede Carmody.
Paramedics were called just after 7pm and treated the 50-year-old for chest and shoulder injuries.
He was flown to The Alfred hospital in a stable condition.
