Argentina won the Davis Cup for the first time ever. That's the tennis news. Now for the all-important update on the man hugging that followed.
It was rich and warm and sweaty and magnificent in the Croatian city of Zagreb after world number 41 Federico Delbonis beat Croatia's Ivo Karlovic 6-3 6-4 6-2 in the deciding rubber.
The pile of ecstatic Argentines started small, but soon grew.
Then grew some more. You can understand why, as this was Argentina's fifth appearance in a Davis Cup final, but it had yet to win one. Victory was oh so sweet.
So sweet that yet more people joined the pile.
Argentina's 2016 Davis Cup challenge looked a hopeless cause earlier in the weekend, when Juan Martin del Potro went two sets down to Croatia's Maran Cilic.
Both men are former U.S. Open winners, but Cilic is currently ranked 6 in the world, compared to del Potro's ranking of 38. The engraving guy had pretty much started etching the word Croatia on the Cup.
But del Potro started his third set with this ridiculously excellent shot, and things just kind of flowed on from there.
Sadly, Australia has not been in the Davis Cup final since 2003. Perhaps Argentina's victory with players ranked 38 and 41 will inspire Nike Kyrgios and Bernard Tomic, who are currently ranked much higher at 13 and 26 respectively.
Meanwhile, you can see that the man-hug pyramid took about 20 seconds to assemble.

And of course, it wouldn't have been an Argentine sporting thing without Diego Maradona in the stands.
