WA cop shows his moves when the beat drops

The officer shows some school leavers how to perform a dance move known 'muzzing', and it's safe to say it was a hit. Video: GNR/LEY

School leaver and local DJ Harley Anning was attending the last night of celebrations at the Dunsborough Leavers' zone, when he captured the officer, in full uniform and with gun in holster, busting out some moves when the beat dropped.

"He was just having a good time, and hyping everyone – it was great," he said.

"Everyone was enjoying it and he was taking selfies with people, and socialising – he was a champion."

The officer can be seen performing a dance move known as 'muzzing', and hyped school leavers soon join him.

The video has been viewed more than 200,000 times but it isn't the first viral hit WA Police have had this schoolies period.

Eight officers were caught on film tearing up the dance floor when they led a packed audience in a rendition of Usher's OMG, and "cop-selfies" have cropped up across social media throughout the week's festivities.
