A man, believed to be in his 20s, has fallen more than three metres off a Surf Coast balcony.
The man was treated by paramedics following the fall at a Jan Juc property around 11.30am on Sunday, an Ambulance Victoria spokesman said.
He was placed on a spinal board before he was taken by ambulance to the Geelong Hospital in a stable condition, the spokesman said.
The man had been at a house party when the incident occurred, Seven News reported.
