In case you read the title wrong, Corrupt Chief Judge Mark Mahon, issues an order preventing anyone from saying the he, or any of the other sitting judges in Duval County, are corrupt.

This all started because of Michale Hoffman, a PINAC correspondent, took to the courthouse steps saying the judges were corrupt. It’s a battle that has been building since last year, when Hoffman, who was standing on public property, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of trespassing. When he was arrested, he was holding signs that said: “Police State,” “Liars Investigating Liars,” “F??K THE TSA,” and “IRS = Terrorist.”. Corrupt Judge Mahon ruled that Hoffman cannot use Freedom of Speech as a defense in that trial. The corrupt judge also ruled that Hoffman cannot inform the jury that he was standing on public property when he was arrested for trespassing. It’s important to note that Hoffman was arrested for trespassing while on public property at the Jacksonville International Airport, which under Florida Law, is owned by the Florida Government.
The Corrupt Judge, Chief Judge Mark Mahon, issued the following order:
Demonstrations or dissemination of materials that degrade or call into question the integrity of the Court or any of its judges (e.g., claiming the Courts, Court personnel or judges are “corrupt,” biased, dishonest, partial, or prejudiced), thereby tending to influence individuals appearing before the Courts, including jurors, witnesses, and litigants, shall be prohibited on the Duval County Courthouse grounds….
If an individual is observed to engage in conduct that is in violation of this Order after having been provided notice as set forth herein, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is hereby DIRECTED to arrest and charge the offending individual with indirect criminal contempt of Court (and any other charges deemed appropriate) and transport such person to the Duval County Jail for identification and processing.
What kind of world do we live in, when a corrupt judge can issue an order, banning anyone from saying that he is corrupt?
Another thing to note, it was this same judge who granted the prosecution’s request to limit defense. According to the Jacksonville.com, Corrupt Judge Mark Mahon was a “former assistant state attorney”, and the video in which Hoffman was shouting the judges are corrupt, was at a press conference that was held by State Attorney Angela Corey. I guess it’s easy to enforce illegal orders, and illegal requests from the State Attorney’s office, when you’ve worked with them before.

STORYLINE:
The chief judge in Saddam Hussein's genocide trial threw the ex-president out of the courtroom on Monday after the defendant complained about the proceedings. (These shots are not seen in the pool pictures).
"I don't want to come to this court" Saddam said as he waved a yellow paper at the chief judge Mohammed Oreibi al-Khalifa.
Al-Khalifa snapped back "when I decide to get you out I get you out. Get him out." pointing to guards to take Saddam out.
The incident began when co-defendant Sabri al-Douri, director of military intelligence under Saddam, referred to another co-defendant, Sultan Hashim Ahmad al-Tai, by his rank of lieutenant general.
The judge then said that the defendants could not be referred to by their former rank.
An angry Saddam then raised the request not to attend the session, when the judge threw him out of the courtroom.
The trial had resumed on Monday without lawyers representing the ex-president or any of the other six defendants.
Saddam's lawyers announced on Sunday that they would boycott the proceedings "indefinitely", citing the replacement of the chief judge.
They also alleged other violations of legal procedure, such as the court's refusal to hear non-Iraqi lawyers and its demand that foreign attorneys seek permission to enter the courtroom.
Among Saddam's nine lawyers are a Jordanian, a Spaniard, a Frenchman and two Americans, including former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark.

Chief judge
Chief judge is a title that can refer to the highest-ranking judge of a court that has more than one judge. The meaning and usage of the term vary from one court system to another. While the term "chief judge" is used in some courts, other courts use terms such as "chief justice," "presiding judge," "president judge," or "administrative judge."
United States courts of appeals
In the United States courts of appeals, the chief judge has certain administrative responsibilities and presides over en banc sessions of the court and meetings of the Judicial Council. The chief judge remains an active judge of the court hearing and deciding cases, but at his or her option may elect to take on a reduced caseload to provide time to perform administrative responsibilities.
In order to qualify for the office of chief judge, a judge must have been in active service on the court for at least one year, be under the age of 65, and have not previously served as chief judge. A vacancy in the office of chief judge is filled by the judge highest in seniority among the group of qualified judges. The chief judge serves for a term of seven years or until age 70, whichever occurs first. The age restrictions are waived if no members of the court would otherwise be qualified for the position. Unlike the Chief Justice of the United States, a chief judge returns to active service after the expiration of his or her term and does not create a vacancy on the bench by the fact of his or her promotion. See 28 U.S.C. § 45.

Chief Justice
The Chief Justice is the presiding member of a supreme court in any of many countries with a justice system based on English common law, such as the Supreme Court of Canada, the Supreme Court of Singapore, the Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong, the Supreme Court of Japan, the Supreme Court of India, the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Supreme Court of Nepal, the Constitutional Court of South Africa, the Supreme Court of Ireland, the Supreme Court of New Zealand, the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of the United States, and provincial or state supreme courts.
The situation is slightly different in the three legal jurisdictions within the United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales are headed by the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales; in Northern Ireland's courts, the equivalent position is the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland and in Scottish courts, the equivalent is the Lord President of the Court of Session. These three judges are not, though, part of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, which operates across all three jurisdictions and is headed by the President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.

Chief Justice of India
The Chief Justice of India (CJI) is the highest-ranking judge in the Supreme Court of India, and thus holds the highest judicial position in India. As well as presiding in the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice also heads its administrative functions.
As the chief judge, the Chief Justice is responsible for the allocation of cases and appointment of constitutional benches which deal with important matters of law. In accordance with Article 145 of the Constitution of India and the Supreme Court Rules of Procedure of 1966, the Chief Justice allocates all work to the other judges who are bound to refer the matter back to him or her (for re-allocation) in any case where they require it to be looked into by a larger bench of more judges.
The present Chief justice of India is T.S.Thakur. He has started acting from 3 December 2015. Before him H.L.Dattu was the Chief Justice of India. He was last acting on 2/12/2015.

Judge
A judge presides over court proceedings, either alone or as a part of a panel of judges. The powers, functions, method of appointment, discipline, and training of judges vary widely across different jurisdictions. The judge is supposed to conduct the trial impartially and in an open court. The judge hears all the witnesses and any other evidence presented by the barristers of the case, assesses the credibility and arguments of the parties, and then issues a ruling on the matter at hand based on his or her interpretation of the law and his or her own personal judgment. In some jurisdictions, the judge's powers may be shared with a jury. In inquisitorial systems of criminal investigation, a judge might also be an examining magistrate.
Symbols of office
A variety of traditions have become associated with the rank or occupation.
In many parts of the world, judges wear long robes (often in black or red) and sit on an elevated platform during trials (known as the bench).
In some countries, especially in the Commonwealth of Nations, judges wear wigs. The long wig often associated with judges is now reserved for ceremonial occasions, although it was part of the standard attire in previous centuries. A short wig resembling but not identical to a barrister's wig would be worn in court. This tradition, however, is being phased out in Britain in non-criminal courts.

Wide of defendants STORYLINE: The chief judge in Saddam Hussein's genocide trial threw the ex-president out of the courtroom on Monday after the defendant complained about the proceedings. (These shots are not seen in the pool pictures). "I don't want to come to this court" Saddam said as he waved a yellow paper at the chief judge Mohammed Oreibi al-Khalifa. Al-Khalifa snapped back "when I decide to get you out I get you out. Get him out." pointing to guards to take Saddam out. The incident began when co-defendant Sabri al-Douri, director of military intelligence under Saddam, referred to another co-defendant, Sultan Hashim Ahmad al-Tai, by his rank of lieutenant general. The judge then said that the defendants could not be referred to by their former rank. An angry Saddam then raised the request not to attend the session, when the judge threw him out of the courtroom. The trial had resumed on Monday without lawyers representing the ex-president or any of the other six defendants. Saddam's lawyers announced on Sunday that they would boycott the proceedings "indefinitely", citing the replacement of the chief judge. They also alleged other violations of legal procedure, such as the court's refusal to hear non-Iraqi lawyers and its demand that foreign attorneys seek permission to enter the courtroom. Among Saddam's nine lawyers are a Jordanian, a Spaniard, a Frenchman and two Americans, including former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark. He is told that he will be released if he cooperates with the authorities in identifying the person who actually sold him the hash. Billy's troubles really begin when after that assistance, he makes a run for it and is recaptured. He is initially sentenced to just over four years for possession, with no time for the more harsh crime of smuggling. The prison environment is inhospitable in every sense, with a sadistic prison guard named Hamidou ruling the prison, he who relishes the mental and physical torture he inflicts on the prisoners for whatever reason. Told to trust no one, Billy does befriend a few of the other inmates, namely fellow American Jimmy Booth (in for stealing two candlesticks from a mosque), a Swede named Erich, and one of the senior prisoners having already served seven years, an Englishman named Max, the latter two also in for hash related charges. One prisoner not befriended is Rifki, who wields power in the prison as the unofficial eyes and ears for the guards. As Billy, his family and his girlfriend Susan attempt through legal and diplomatic channels for Billy's release, Max tells him that the only way out is to "catch the midnight express" aka escape, which is what Jimmy is continually trying to do. When Billy's situation changes, he becomes more desperate in every sense of the word. It seems as if Billy has only two options: to let the prison ultimately figuratively then literally kill him, or to somehow regain control of his life through whatever means available.

"In an interview with the Associated Press, Alabama's Chief Justice Judge Moore attempted to illustrate just how much the legalization of same-sex marriage would actually change the institution of marriage across the nation.
"You're taking any definition of a family away," if the Supreme Court finds a right for same-sex couples to marry, the Alabama jurist claimed.
"When two bisexuals or two transgendered marry, how large is that family?," he posited. "Can they marry two persons, one of the same sex and one of the opposite sex? Then, you've got a family of four or how many?"*

In case you read the title wrong, Corrupt Chief Judge Mark Mahon, issues an order preventing anyone from saying the he, or any of the other sitting judges in Duval County, are corrupt.

This all started because of Michale Hoffman, a PINAC correspondent, took to the courthouse steps saying the judges were corrupt. It’s a battle that has been building since last year, when Hoffman, who was standing on public property, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of trespassing. When he was arrested, he was holding signs that said: “Police State,” “Liars Investigating Liars,” “F??K THE TSA,” and “IRS = Terrorist.”. Corrupt Judge Mahon ruled that Hoffman cannot use Freedom of Speech as a defense in that trial. The corrupt judge also ruled that Hoffman cannot inform the jury that he was standing on public property when he was arrested for trespassing. It’s important to note that Hoffman was arrested for trespassing while on public property at the Jacksonville International Airport, which under Florida Law, is owned by the Florida Government.
The Corrupt Judge, Chief Judge Mark Mahon, issued the following order:
Demonstrations or dissemination of materials that degrade or call into question the integrity of the Court or any of its judges (e.g., claiming the Courts, Court personnel or judges are “corrupt,” biased, dishonest, partial, or prejudiced), thereby tending to influence individuals appearing before the Courts, including jurors, witnesses, and litigants, shall be prohibited on the Duval County Courthouse grounds….
If an individual is observed to engage in conduct that is in violation of this Order after having been provided notice as set forth herein, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is hereby DIRECTED to arrest and charge the offending individual with indirect criminal contempt of Court (and any other charges deemed appropriate) and transport such person to the Duval County Jail for identification and processing.
What kind of world do we live in, when a corrupt judge can issue an order, banning anyone from saying that he is corrupt?
Another thing to note, it was this same judge who granted the prosecution’s request to limit defense. According to the Jacksonville.com, Corrupt Judge Mark Mahon was a “former assistant state attorney”, and the video in which Hoffman was shouting the judges are corrupt, was at a press conference that was held by State Attorney Angela Corey. I guess it’s easy to enforce illegal orders, and illegal requests from the State Attorney’s office, when you’ve worked with them before.

The chief judge in Saddam Hussein's genocide trial threw the ex-president out of the courtroom on Monday after the defendant complained about the proceedings. (These shots are not seen in the pool pictures).
"I don't want to come to this court" Saddam said as he waved a yellow paper at the chief judge Mohammed Oreibi al-Khalifa.
Al-Khalifa snapped back "when I decide to get you out I get you out. Get him out." pointing to guards to take Saddam out.
The incident began when co-defendant Sabri al-Douri, director of military intelligence under Saddam, referred to another co-defendant, Sultan Hashim Ahmad al-Tai, by his rank of lieutenant general.
The judge then said that the defendants could not be referred to by their former rank.
An angry Saddam then raised the request not to attend the session, when the judge threw him out of the courtroom.
The trial had resumed on Monday without lawyers representing the ex-president or any of the other six defendants.
Saddam's lawyers announced on Sunday that they would boycott the proceedings "indefinitely", citing the replacement of the chief judge.
They also alleged other violations of legal procedure, such as the court's refusal to hear non-Iraqi lawyers and its demand that foreign attorneys seek permission to enter the courtroom.
Among Saddam's nine lawyers are a Jordanian, a Spaniard, a Frenchman and two Americans, including former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark.
