Gift Certificates

Booktopia offers customers electronic Gift Certificates. Click here to purchase.

When you purchase a gift certificate, you will immediately receive an email with a link to download the gift certificate which contains the Gift Certificate Code. You can then either forward this link to the intended recipient or download a PDF via the link to print out and give to your intended recipient. A copy of the gift certificate with the code is also stored in My Account.

Booktopia Gift Certificates are redeemable via the Booktopia website and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers do not have to be used in one transaction. Booktopia will NOT extend the expiry dates of any Gift Certificates. Certificates are non-refundable.

How to redeem a Gift Certificate

Place the item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping basket and go through the checkout process. Simply add the Certificate Code in the box labelled 'Gift Certificate, Store Credit and Promotion Codes' in the final Billing & Review screen and click "Apply" next to the box where you entered the code to utilise the code on your order.

Store Credits

Store credit vouchers are available to customers when they have:

1. Utilised the "No Questions Asked" Guarantee.
2. Decided to cancel their order.
3. Changed an item on their order.
4. The return of an item has been approved.

Once approved a store credit code will be messaged to you via your Booktopia message centre.

A store credit code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credits are not required to be used all in the one transaction and the remaining credit will be stored for a future transaction.

Booktopia does not offer extensions on the expiry date of Store Credit Vouchers and they are non-refundable.
