Lido turns everything he touches into a beautiful melody, straight up. This time, he takes Yung Lean’s drug-infused ‘Gatorade’ and turns it into an incredibly powerful track with absolutely NO DRUMS. Lido did some gnarly tuning on Yung Lean’s voice that makes him sound so crisp, almost angelic (did I just say that?) I’ve said this only once before (with Benzel x Cass Lowe x Chance’s track seen here) and I’m about to say it again. If you can make a track with no drums and radiate immense amounts of emotion, you are a GREAT musician. Big things happening for Lido, he deserves it.

Where to start with this one? We’ve featured Evv on the blog earlier with his unique covers (can we even call them covers?) of Aaliyah’s ‘Try Again’ and Outkast’s ‘Vibrate’, this time we have Skream’s ‘Where You Should Be’ and DAMN, does this thing hit. While chatting with Evv recently, he revealed this track took him almost 8 months to make. The quality, and detail-oriented production of this track is insanely vivid after just one listen. This is all around a catchy tune for any night with your lover. Words can’t really do this song justice, so just give it a listen.
