Man dies in crash in Brisbane's north

A man has died after a car crash in Brisbane's north on Friday morning.

A woman, 29, and man, 27, were driving in a car when it collided with a ute at the intersection of Bracken Ridge Road and Hoyland Street about 6am.

Rescuer discovered dead passenger

A man who pulled a woman from a car crash on Brisbane's northside on Friday morning found her partner had "gone through the back". Nine News

The male passenger in the car was declared dead at the scene while woman and the driver of the ute, a 21-year-old man, were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit were investigating.

This morning's crash is the second vehicle incident at Hoyland Street this week after a truck caught fire on Wednesday.
