We amped up Tundra TRD Pro’s front bucket seats with black leather-trimmed and red stitching and accents as well as embroidered TRD Pro badges. Tundra
In physical geography, tundra is type of biome where the tree growth is hindered by low temperatures and short growing seasons. The term tundra comes through Russian тундра (tûndra) from the Kildin Sami word tūndâr "uplands", "treeless mountain tract". There are three types of tundra: arctic tundra,alpine tundra, and Antarctic tundra. In tundra, the vegetation is composed of dwarf shrubs, sedges and grasses, mosses, and lichens. Scattered trees grow in some tundra regions. The ecotone (or ecological boundary region) between the tundra and the forest is known as the tree line or timberline.
Arctic
Arctic tundra occurs in the far Northern Hemisphere, north of the taiga belt. The word "tundra" usually refers only to the areas where the subsoil is permafrost, or permanently frozen soil. (It may also refer to the treeless plain in general, so that northern Sápmi would be included.) Permafrost tundra includes vast areas of northern Russia and Canada. The polar tundra is home to several peoples who are mostly nomadic reindeer herders, such as the Nganasan and Nenets in the permafrost area (and the Sami in Sápmi).

Under the dirt, grime and mud is some serious attitude. Exclusive to Tundra TRD Pro are black-bezel headlights, an oversize “TOYOTA” grille, black badging and a unique TRD Pro bed stamp. And with 18-in. black alloy TRD wheels wrapped in 32-in. Michelin LTX AT2 tires, this truck is ready to claw through just about anything.
We amped up Tundra TRD Pro’s front bucket seats with black leather-trimmed and red stitching and accents as well as embroidered TRD Pro badges. Unique TRD Pro carpet floor mats4and a leather-accented TRD Pro shift knob also feature the TRD logo. Also included are standard Entune™ Premium Audio with Integrated Navigation and App Suite, and a roll-down rear window (CrewMax models).
Tundra’s TRD Performance dual exhaust system helps maximize power and also gives the 5.7L V8 an earthshaking roar. Tundra TRD Pro’s 5.7-liter V8 gets the bark to match its bite from a TRD-tuned dual exhaust. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this exhaust system is engineered to help improve low- to mid-range torque and overall power output. Tundra TRD Pro is also equipped with a heavy-duty ¼-in. aluminum front skid plate, helping to keep crucial components protected.
This is how you dominate the trail. Up front, TRD-tuned springs are matched to oversize 2.5-in. remote-reservoir Bilstein® shocks for a 2-in. lift. In the rear, we match similarly massive Bilstein® shocks to our TRD off-road leaf spring. Built for tough terrain, this suspension maximizes wheel travel and features advanced 3-stage compression dampening with internal hydraulic bump stops to help knock the edge off rough trails.

We amped up Tundra TRD Pro’s front bucket seats with black leather-trimmed and red stitching and accents as well as embroidered TRD Pro badges. Unique TRD Pro carpet floor mats4and a leather-accented TRD Pro shift knob also feature the TRD logo. Also included are standard Entune™ Premium Audio with Integrated Navigation and App Suite, and a roll-down rear window (CrewMax models).
Tundra’s TRD Performance dual exhaust system helps maximize power and also gives the 5.7L V8 an earthshaking roar. Tundra TRD Pro’s 5.7-liter V8 gets the bark to match its bite from a TRD-tuned dual exhaust. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this exhaust system is engineered to help improve low- to mid-range torque and overall power output. Tundra TRD Pro is also equipped with a heavy-duty ¼-in. aluminum front skid plate, helping to keep crucial components protected.
This is how you dominate the trail. Up front, TRD-tuned springs are matched to oversize 2.5-in. remote-reservoir Bilstein® shocks for a 2-in. lift. In the rear, we match similarly massive Bilstein® shocks to our TRD off-road leaf spring. Built for tough terrain, this suspension maximizes wheel travel and features advanced 3-stage compression dampening with internal hydraulic bump stops to help knock the edge off rough trails.
