We came in very skeptical as we had read several negative reviews but I have to say we had a great time, the leather sofas are so comfortable and our waitress Sonia was so friendly and gave us excellent service. The food we had was amazing my husband had pizza and I had a quesadilla and we thoroughly enjoyed them I don't know why people have been so negative because we loved it, thank you Sonia for amazing service

Me and two friends stopped by here after a long night of fun. Not only did we receive amazing service, but the cheesecake was to die for! I talked to one of the staff members, and she said it had a lemon cookie crust, which added so much flavor. The cream cheese filling was whipped to perfection with just enough vanilla bean. It was the best cheesecake I have ever had, along with my breakfast crepe. It needs to be added to the menu as a regular item. I also got the breakfast crepe with the chorizo and sunny side egg on top. The whole thing was ridiculously good and the salsa that came with it was delicious. We will for sure be coming back!

This place is great! Not only do they know how to represent the Devils correct on gameday but I have been hospitalized for a while now and they we're cool enough to send an autographed hat. They are the best!

Love the place, the food is really good the beer is always ice cold, there are about a million televisions (not quite) and the beautiful ladies waiting tables doesn't hurt, my favorite is Bionca but don't tell her that.

Sometimes I can (weirdly?)guess traits in regard to people I meet, but this place (and DJ) blew me away because I couldn't have guessed how great DJ Skyler Madison would have been, nor how electric the crowd would have been in the response. Fantastic venue and crew, through and through!

It was amazing! The guy who helped my friends and I check in offered great service. He was kind, attentive, and overall a great personality. I was so amazed that I unfortunately forgot to grab the check in guy's name! So give all your employees a raise! If not try to find the dude and thank him for me. He was working the middle counter facing the front entrance between 1pm-3pm, he was tall, white, and had glasses. He made such a good impression that Sheraton Grand Phoenix just gained a new life customer!

My girlfriend and I have come here for our annual fall trip the past 3 years and we absolutely love this place. It is a nice, private escape and you don't have to leave the property; but if you want to you are close enough to Scottsdale, Tempe and various malls. The hotel even has its own shuttle that runs to and from a nearby mall. The resort has been updated over the past few years but they still have done a tremendous job in keeping most, if not all of the original design characteristics; takes you back to the 30's and 40's eras. The staff has always been fabulous. Someone is there to help it seems around every corner. They have gone above and beyond; most recently on this trip I had a passenger spill a cranberry drink all over my nice messenger bag briefcase. The concierge took the bag to the laundry and they were able to pretty much get rid of every stain. What's more impressive is that they left it in our room with a note that said "no charge". I would have gladly paid for the service, but what they did showed me the kind of customer service they value for their guests. If you are looking to stay, I highly recommend doing the Ocatilla - All Inclusive package. The Ocatilla has its own pool that usually remains quiet and less busy than the main pool. You also have your own concierge lounge where continental breakfast and evening drinks and light food are served daily. It's also open all afternoon if you want to stop by and grab some water or sodas.

I moved to Phoenix from Salt Lake this summer. This is the first time for me and my kids attending Fan Fest. It was nice not having to fight the huge crowds but I wish there was more of everything. Like more panels, guests, and venders. I love Salt Lake Comic Con as an attendee and as a Volunteer. Fan Fest is nice because it is less crowded and not as crazy or busy as Salt Lake Fanx. I'm looking forward to attending Phoenix ComicCon in the spring and maybe volunteering after that. I would. Like more information on how to volunteer for Phoenix ComicCon

This is the first zoo my baby ever went to & it was beautiful & amazing!!!..many thanks to her daddy for taking us! We will be coming back to visit again.

We arrived at dusk on a Saturday evening. Temperatures were perfect, and we meandered through the garden for about an hour before settling in on Gertrude's outdoor patio. We were a large enough party to try nearly everything on the menu, and I can tell you, it was all awesome, but maybe my personal favorite were the grits. Advice: don't go at dusk unless you're there for an event if seeing the plants is important to you. Ha! We couldn't see much. Also there were two weddings there, which meant that part of the garden was blocked off to visitors, but it really didn't matter because we couldn't have seen it anyway - too dark. Still, nice place to stroll with friends.

Take the time to visit! My husband and I share an interest in the Japanese Culture and this is the place to go! They host some wonderful events that are well worth visiting! Indulge yourself in an evening of music and sake tasting to learning more about the Traditional Tea Ceremonies they have to offer. This is a great place to also find a quiet spot to meditate and just take in beauty of the gardens! :)

We love coming here. We're currently members because I have a 4yr old who adores the planetarium and really anything stem related. My only complaint or I guess suggestion is to update the gift shop!! After the alien worlds and androids exhibit he fell in love w the joint connector toys in the exhibit and we thought you would have some in the gift shop to purchase. Instead I had to go online and find some. I would've loved to purchase some there and have the money go back to the science center.

I love this museum! Everybody is friendly from the moment you walk in the front doors to if you have a question about a exhibit. The children's section is a great way to introduce kids to the museum experience. The temperature and humidity is a bonus here in Phoenix. We come about every three months they have great traveling exhibits. If you need a cool gift the shop inside has something for everyone. We have not tried the food yet but it is on a to do list.

This was my first time in 10 years, down town My son parked in the garage, no problem, fast, then walking around well kept areas, no flys at eating areas. We had lunch at pizza studio, fast service, people were so friendly staff, food was so fresh. And it was lunch time ,,busy. Then went shopping, took pictures, fountains were so nice. Just so much to do. Plus the colors, art work, buildings spectacular. I am almost 70 and really enjoyed the day.

We love this shopping center best in Phoenix. We our fortunate to have our hair studio here SaraRoberto Salon located with in The Beauty District. Our clients now have a one stop shop, hair, shopping, dinning, movies, happy hour etc.
