Food lovers have been reassured that a new home cooked meal delivery service is safe to eat, with strict checks and balances in place.
FoodByUs has launched in Melbourne after success in Sydney.
Founder Ben Lipschitz told Ross and John after chefs were approved by local council, they were also subject to a taste test.
"We do our own checks and balances," he told Ross and John.
"Whether or not you allow us to sell food, you still want it to taste good, right?
"When you do apply online with us, we get you to come in and do a quality test, which basically means giving us a sample of the food which we taste."
