It's that time of year again.

The men of Melbourne can be seen sporting mo's in support of Movember and raising awareness of men's health, including prostate and testicular cancer and suicide prevention.

But it's not just an Australian cause - Movember Foundation co-founder and Chief Mo Bro Adam Garone told Ross and John they've come a long way.

Started in 2003, the first year they raised $54,000 for prostate cancer.

And it's just not just about growing a moustache anymore.

"Since then, it's now in 21 countries and we've raised $770 million globally which makes the Movember Foundation the biggest funder of prostate, testicular cancer," he said.
