It's that time of year again. Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle blog, Goop, has released its über-luxurious Christmas gift guide.

After the 2015 guide came under fire for being out of touch, suggesting 18K gold dumbbells as a "must have" gift, it appears some items on this year's list are more budget-friendly.

It includes, for example, $18 JinSoon nail polish and $9 Kitsch Bonbon hair ties.

However, staying true to Goop's luxurious reputation, the guide still includes over-the-top options.
