"Shotgun" Tom Kelly is the stage name of Tom Irwin, a radio personality based in Los Angeles, California, who was on air 3-7pm weekdays at CBS Radio's KRTH-FM, K-Earth 101 for nearly 20 years. Shotgun Tom is currently the "Ambassador" for the station and does personal appearances throughout Southern California.
Tom was born in San Diego, California at Mercy Hospital. He attended Our Lady of the Sacred Heart and Saint John of the Cross parochial schools for his elementary years. He attended Mount Miguel High School and was the announcer for the morning bulletin. While in high school, Tom joined Junior Achievement which had a radio show on KOGO.
At 10, his mother, La Von Irwin, mentioned to Tom that there was a disc jockey doing a radio show in a shopping center in Lemon Grove, California. The disc jockey was Frank Thompson on KOGO-AM, who saw the young Tom Irwin looking through the window and interviewed him on the air. Following that experience, Tom became fascinated with radio shows, even putting together his own mock radio studio in his bedroom.

Frédérick "Fred" Falke is a French house producer and DJ.
Falke started out as a bass player before moving to production work. His first record, a collaboration with Alan Braxe named Intro, which sampled The Jets' 1987 hit "Crush on You", was released in 2000 on Vulture Music.
The pair would form a very productive partnership releasing a handful of singles and later making remixes for Goldfrapp, Röyksopp, Kelis, Justice, and others. The partnership would last until 2008 when they went their separate ways.
Falke has also collaborated with German producer and DJ Kris Menace, as well as releasing records on Menace's label Work It Baby. In addition, he has collaborated on various other productions with artists such as Savage, Miami Horror and Knightlife.
By himself, Falke has written and worked with Ellie Goulding, Amelia Lily, Florrie, Will Young, Gossip, Theophilus London, Nervo and Alexandra Burke. As a remixer, he has also worked for a number of rock and electronic artists such as Gossip, U2, Tiesto, Foxes, Grizzly Bear, Nero, Robyn, Uffie, Justice, Ladyhawke, Eric Prydz, Lykke Li, La Roux, Bastille and Selena Gomez. Falke has also made many remixes with Xenomania.
San Diego /ˌsæn diːˈeɪɡoʊ/ (Spanish for "Saint Didacus") is a major city in California, on the coast of the Pacific Ocean in Southern California, approximately 120 miles (190 km) south of Los Angeles and immediately adjacent to the border with Mexico.
With an estimated population of 1,381,069 as of July 1, 2014, San Diego is the eighth-largest city in the United States and second-largest in California. San Diego is the birthplace of California and is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches, long association with the U.S. Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center.
Historically home to the Kumeyaay people, San Diego was the first site visited by Europeans on what is now the West Coast of the United States. Upon landing in San Diego Bay in 1542, Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo claimed the entire area for Spain, forming the basis for the settlement of Alta California 200 years later. The Presidio and Mission of San Diego, founded in 1769, formed the first European settlement in what is now California. In 1821, San Diego became part of newly independent Mexico, and in 1850, became part of the United States following the Mexican–American War and the admission of California to the union.
Radio Days is a 1987 comedy film written and directed by Woody Allen. The film looks back on an American family's life during the Golden Age of Radio using both music and memories to tell the story.
Joe (Woody Allen), the narrator, explains how the radio influenced his childhood in the days before TV. The young Joe (Seth Green) lives in New York City in the late 1930s and early 1940s. The tale mixes Joe's experiences with his remembrances and anecdotes, inserting his memories of the urban legends of radio stars, and is told in constantly changing plot points and vignettes.
Even though Joe's Jewish-American family lives modestly in Rockaway Beach, each member at one point during the film finds in radio shows an escape from reality through the gossip of celebrities, sports legends of the day, game shows, and crooners, with the majority of the stories taking place in the glitz and glamour of Manhattan. For Joe, the action adventure shows on the radio inspire him as he daydreams about buying a secret decoder ring, an attractive substitute teacher, movie stars (who may or may not be as honest as they appear), and World War II.
