Welcome to my YouTube Channel and I hope you enjoy my videos. One of my favorite relaxing moments is when I get to sit and watch other videos. I really enjoy watching anything to do with beauty like hair, make-up and fashion. Many families share their everyday lives and moments that are special to them. This I find very interesting and if there is anything I can help anyone, I am here for you. Some gaming systems are also amusing to me. My son and a few friends introduced me to YouTube and I thought to myself that this would be something that I would enjoy doing. I don't have a definite topic to my videos but I do love photography and I take videos and pictures of anything beautiful that I find in this wonderful world which we all share. Some underwater action and fun with snook and tarpon on the trail.
After leaving Fort Myers I drove south to Naples then had a choice of routes to take to Miami. Several locals recommended taking US41 on The Tamiami Trail instead of the better known I75, aka "Alligator Alley", if I wanted to see gators. I wasn't disappointed. I will have to take I75 later to compare the difference but US41 was just covered with all kinds of wildlife. Every stop I made there were alligators, birds and fish of all types. And these were just not small gators. I was shocked to find monsters waiting right next to the road. I kept my distance from them and they didn't seem aggressive, but I know they can be deceptive. They did appear to smile as soon as they saw my 17 pound Schnauzer Heidi. I think I even heard one whisper "here, little doggie" :) The last scene of the airbo...
To purchase or for more info go to http://goo.gl/GLjrJv MusicWorks - Grade 3 Constructed between 1915 and 1928, the Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway 41) provides over 260 miles of scenic Florida beauty between Tampa and Miami. On the Tamiami Trail reflects on this journey, and pays tribute to the Suncoast Concert Band of Sarasota (along the trail) and its director emeritus, Leo Laier. The opening fanfare sets the mood and leads to the energetic first theme. Subsequently a Latin influence is introduced along with an expressive middle theme before returning to the energetic flavor of the opening strains. A dynamic and varied overture for winds. Get out and explore YOUR national park and preserve! The Tamiami Trail "Triathlon" encourages individuals and families to get out of their cars and explore areas within easy access of the Tamiami Trail. Participants bike the 15 mile loop road from the Shark Valley Visitor Center; hike a 3 mile loop trail from the Oasis Visitor Center; and, canoe or kayak a 3.5 mile route from the Gulf Coast Visitor Center in Everglades City.
The bike trail is pretty fun to ride with a lot of gators resting along the path.
Juvie Tarpon fishing along the Tamiami Trail not very good footage still getting use to my new GoPro hero 4 Black. Most of this was shot using narrow view a couple at wide view. Wide view is the best setting.
Nighttime fishing on the Tamiami Trail is something that anyone can do. No boats and no exotic travel to faraway places. Just pack up a fishing partner and plenty of mosquito repellant and you are ready to go. When the Tamiami Trail opened in 1928, the road was an engineering marvel. More than half of it was built through a trackless swamp long before the era of modern earth movers. The road from Tampa to Miami took 12 long years to build and the men who worked it called themselves “Trailblazers”. On this episode, Capt Rick Murphy and his special guest, Capt. Ron Hueston will be spending the evening casting top water lures. Snook fishing at night is a whole different deal. Alligators, snakes and oh those mosquitoes!!! Fortunately the fish don’t mind one bit.
3 Day Backpacking trip with two of my kids. Southern Terminus of the Florida National Scenic Trail (Tamiami Trail) to I75. 30 Mile section through the swamp.

Federal, state and local officials stood atop 5,280 linear feet of restoration progress as they came together to celebrate the completion of the Tamiami Trail one-mile bridge March 19 in Miami, Fla. "Today marks a critical milestone for the Tamiami Trail Modifications Project," said Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works Jo-Ellen Darcy, who spoke at the ceremony alongside Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar, Everglades National Park Superintendent Dan Kimball and South Florida National Parks Trust Board Chairman Neal McAliley. "But, there is still more to do. With the continued support of the administration, the state of Florida and our partnering agencies, we will continue our work to restore this American treasure."
