It's not the first time a cyclist has been smacked by a passenger.

In September 2014, several cyclists claimed a pair driving on a scooter in Perth's northern suburbs were smacking and pinching their bottoms.

One woman caught her incident on camera.

WA Police were unable to comment on the incident, as it is not clear when it occurred.
