How do I log in?

You’ll notice the log in panel is at the top right hand corner of the site, consistent with many other sites and applications that you probably already use.   

Help! I still can't log in... 

If you experience difficulties logging in there is a number of different things you can try to rectify this.

The passwords are case sensitive so check if your Caps Lock is on

Sometimes you may experience issues logging in due to your internet browser history & this can easily be fixed by clearing your cookies.

Can I change my password?

Once logged into the report if you wish to change your password you can do so in the “My Account” tab which can be located in the top right hand corner of the website.


I am not receiving your emails, who do I talk to?

There are a number of reasons as to why you may have stopped receiving our emails.

Check to see if your inbox is full as this can result in an email bouncing back and after this happens the system will automatically stop sending emails

Check your email security settings as it may be marking the emails as Spam

Check your Junk/Spam Folder

Add Eureka Report to your secured email list

Also if you use your work email address it may be worth checking with your system administrator to make sure they are not being stopped by the server.

Will I have to log in every time?

No, the first time you visit the site you will need to log in, make sure you click the “Remember Me” box. Once you have done this the first time, the site will “Remember You” (as long as you have cookies enabled).

Make sure when you have finished with the Eureka Report, don’t log out, just close the browser instead.


Do I need a username and password?

Yes, all members need a Username (email address) and password to access content on the site.


How can I find the section/author/article I’m looking for?

We have recently improved the search function so when you enter a search term, all the current and past articles, tools and information relevant to that term will display. you can further refine your search using the options that are displayed to the right hand side of your search results page.

How do I find an archive or chronological list of articles?

To see the Chronological list of all Eureka Report articles please select the 'read more articles' option below the most recently published section on the home page. From here you will be able to narrow you search by using tick boxes on the right hand side of the page.

How does the navigation work?

You can access all your topics of interest from the top navigation bar.

"Recommendations" accesses our calls on the best stocks in the market in one convenient location.  With exclusive recommendations and advice from a trusted investment committee, it's easy to make smarter investment decisions with Eureka Share Recommendations.

"Wealth" contains all our articles covering Economics and Investment Strategy, Shares, Superannuation and Tax, Property Investment, Fixed Interest, and Commodities.

"Research" contains all our company analysis and updates;

“Share Market Reports" allows you access to ASX Market Reports, ASX 200 Stocks & Code Search, Corporate Calendar & Live Markets ;

“Interactive" is where you can view all our video coverage.

Glossary of Terms for Recommendations ...

Buy - quality company with the share price at a discount to our target price / valuation.

Sell - over-valued or qualitative issues that are likely to lead to a share price decline.

Hold - fairly valued. Usually within 10% of our target price / valuation.

Speculative Buy - high risk, due to uncertainty regarding the fundamental drivers of the company.

Under Review - assessing the impact of company announcements and in the process of publishing the updated analysis on the company.

Coverage ceased - no longer publishing a recommendation for a company that we previously used to cover.


Where are Letters to the Editor?

The Letters to the Editor section is accessible from the home page.  The link is on the right hand side of the home page, about half way down, under “Eureka’s Graphs”.   


As a subscriber to I get access to Eureka Report's Weekend Briefing and other Eureka emails?

Yes. Your  email updates are sent straight to your inbox.  Eureka Report's Weekend Briefing along with the Weekly Wrap PDF, is emailed on Saturday mornings. Links in your emails will take you directly to the article of interest, and the home page will also have a link to Eureka Report's Weekend briefing.


As a current member of one/both products what is the impact on me as a result of this joint venture?

As a member of one or both products, the venture will not impact you directly today – you will continue to receive all the reports and information you currently enjoy. The aim is to give you more, under the terms of the JV,  we are committed to developing the stock valuation service  offering – and we have a whole range of modifications and updates that will be released over the coming months.


Why am I seeing a pop up when I try to log in?

We have responded to our members' feedback to continue to improve the Eureka Report offer. So, we now have a financial services license. This means we are able to provide our members with general advice and recommendations. For our current members this is at NO additional cost to their paid up subscription. All you need to do is read and accept the terms and conditions of the license and continue on to the site.


What kind of financial services does Eureka Report offer?

ASIC authorises Eureka Report to carry on a financial services business to provide general financial product advice in the following classes of products;

What do I do if I have a complaint about the general advice Eureka Report has given me?

You will need to lodge your complaint in writing by sending an email to info@eurekareport.com.au or call us during business hours. Your issue will be reviewed in line with the requirements of our license and a response will be provided in the specified timelines.
