Remember the time you found out WWE wasn't real? Yeah, that was tough. Sorry to bring that crushing memory back before your eyes. Moving on...

WWE is a funny old sport/act - it certainly doesn't lack in theatrics. If there's one thing the wrestlers love to do, it's wind up the crowd. As the video above shows, 'pro' Sheamus certainly did just that in Manchester on Tuesday night.

The wrestler who goes by a singular name - like Cher - rather bravely sang "You'll Never Walk Alone" in front of a crowd filled with Manchester United fans. As you can hear, he didn't exactly get a rapturous reception.

As part of WWE's UK tour, Sheamus has done a bit of promoting, and in doing so, called out Wayne Rooney .

The United forward , who appeared on the show last year and slapped WWE's Wade Barrett , has now got his chance to enter the ring. And Sheamus's latest act of devilry will only incentivise Rooney further.

However, Rooney may have to take his fight across the pond. Judging from that clip, it's fair to say the Irish WWE star won't be welcome in Manchester anytime soon.
