Further wet and windy weather will spread into southern and central parts overnight, with some snow over the Welsh hills. The heaviest rain over Wales and south-west England. Clear, cold and frosty to the north with freezing fog patches.
Crew members are rescued from a ship in the English Channel, as Storm Angus hits southern England.
Sicily suffers flooding and thunderstorms as France prepares for up to 400mm of rain.
Storm Angus moves away but there's more rough weather in the next few days.
