About Over60 Catch-ups
The Catch-up section on Over60 allows community members to create and promote events. From catching up for coffee to getting together for bush walk, the events may be existing events that people would like to promote to the Over60 community or specific events that are created to connect with people from the Over60 community. There are walks aimed at being fit and healthy and Cuppa Catch-ups that allow the Over60 community to get together and socialise in their local area. Over60 will promote Catch-up events on Facebook and in newsletters.
Tips to create a good Catch-up:
- Use a descriptive title
- Include good information in the description that clearly explains what the event is about
- Provide a decent amount of time to allow Over60 to promote the event
- Use a good, relevant picture if you have one
