ordered 8 items on their site and got told that I need to wait for 10 working days even It states next day delivery. They said not for warehouse items.....and nothing specified on the site. Ok...10 days past and nothing delivered and was told to wait another week. Again nothing delivered and did not reply my emails or phone calls. Lodged dispute to Paypal and got money refund by PayPal not them. Stuffed me around for 3 weeks and no apology whatsoever. Will tell more people about this dodgy company for the rest of my life.

We used the trunki (we had the bee) for our weekend plane trip to Sydney. It not only managed to handle the weight of my 15kg 4 year old son, but withstood my 19kg 5 year old as well. We only needed to pack for two nights and it stored the two boys' clothing well. At the airport, it's always difficult to reign in two boys as you're carrying your own hand luggage, but the strap was strong enough for my to wrap around my wrist, put my 4yo on board and pull him next to me as I held the hand of my 5 year old. We received many complimentary looks from fellow passengers (my son must have had a beaming smile as I dragged him along the corridors of the airport), and several passengers stopped me to ask where I bought the Trunki from. One grandmother stopped me and said she will buy one for her daughter, who wrangles 3 boys under 6 years and travels a lot. The trunki fit under the seat on the plane, but I could have also stowed it above. It's very strong, and even when my son was pulling it along the ground and it would hit corners, there are no evidence of scratch marks. Having said that, I'm sure over time wear and tear will become visible. The colours stand out well, so it cannot be missed. Overall, it became very handy not only as a kids suitcase, but the kids wanted to pull it along and sit on it while we waited for our plane. Anyone with young boys will understand how difficult it is for have boys sit still at an airport, let alone help carry on board luggage!

The only tricky thing was inside with the clothing x-strap. It seemed to be difficult for my 4yo to undo and put together, and got frustrated easily. I then had a go, and found it tricky, but eventually got it. This is probably a functionality that could potentially be changed to be more kid friendly. The key that is attached at the strap is in a good spot, because it reminded me that I could secure the clips that close the Trunki even more. Functionality wise - perfect, no problems, however when my son started running and pulling the Trunki along, it did lose a bit of balance and fall onto it's side, but I don't think that's a default - that's just my son being overenthusiastic with the Trunki.

Absolutely love this product!! It definitely makes travelling with a child so much easier. You dont have to worry about trying to carry everything plus your child.

I have always wanted one of these for my kids. They look exciting, durable and make travelling fun as they can sit on top and go for a ride on their suitcase! Both my son and daughter were so excited to check out the suitcase. Plenty of room inside of it too! I love the clips on the side that lock the suitcase together - very sturdy. We got the pink suitcase which my daughter loves and now I think I will buy another one for my son!

What a clever idea. My son is 4 and my daughter is 5 and they love sleepovers at grandma and grandpas. When Bernard the Bee Trunki arrived I doubted much would fit in it but was pleasantly surprised. You can cram it in and because there is no zippers you cannot break it! I also did not have to say as I usually would 'stop playing with the suitcase or you will break it!' Their roller mini suitcases have nothing on these though Bernard looks cuter in the photos then real life. The strap is a brilliant idea if you are traveling via an airport.
