Hailing from Brooklyn, disco duo argonaut&wasp are laying down the groove with their newest single “Loser Like You.” Drawing inspiration from music legends like David Bowie, LCD Soundsystem and more, the indie-dance pairing show off a deft hand at creating a new sound that sounds a little tropical, a tad funky, but most importantly, is a style that they can truly call their own.

“Loser Like You’ is available now on iTunes or Spotify, and you can also grab a free download via Argonaut&Wasp’s soundcloud page in the lead-up to the ‘Ha! Fiction EP’ release on October 19th.

Matt Lange has got to be one of the most underrated producers around right now and his newest single “Unsettled” shows exactly why. The Manhattan native just announced a tour to pair with his fresh techno production and the mau5trap signee is staking his claim as a worthy artist to watch.

Unsettled was composed to be a peak time climax to my dj sets. As per usual, it ended up a bit more ambitious than originally intended. However, after playing it out over the past month I’m thrilled with how the crowds have responded to it. The breakdown gets them every time,” Lange said when asked about his latest work. “Unsettled” is beautiful in a way that only the darkest minimal tracks could be. There’s a sinister subtlety here that whisks listeners away to a dark, strobe-light illuminated dance floor for afterhours. As can be expected in a Lange release, the percussion is razor sharp and the vocal samples drift in and out of the arrangement with celestial ease.

Have you been in love before? I mean real love – the kind that takes over your senses.. your better judgment.. and makes you feel invincible. Luckily for me, I think I have. I may not have known it at the time, but I remember, with extreme clarity, just how intoxicating every breath of life was during the days I woke up to that precious kind of love – the deepest love I’ve ever felt.

That love started off with a song. I heard her sing but and it completely took my breath away. I never thought another voice could have that effect on me until Donna Missal proved me wrong. Throughout her new single “Slide,” Missal’s vocal talent is on full, tantalizing display. Her control is impeccable, her tone is powerful yet soothing, and the best part of it all is that through her natural talent alone, she left me overcome w/ nostalgia and an unreal flashback to that cherished time I experienced love.

There is an almost overwhelming amount of talent packed into this new release from LA-based artist SIDIZEN KING. He is more than just the latest talent to be emerging from the West Coast. SIDIZEN KING arrives on the saturated rap scene at a most desperate time for hip hop – when storytelling and lyricism are put on the backburner for a cheap trap beat all too often.

As can be heard in his cover of The Chainsmokers, “Don’t Let Me Down,” SIDIZEN KING brings a smooth subtlety to his music, establishing his effortless flow in an intriguing space between electronic dance music and hip hop. The icing on the cake is the work on the boards by fellow Cali-based artist and producer, casualkimono. The collaboration between the two is seamless, with both their styles complementing each other in a way that seems meant to be.

LA-based producer AWAY is not playing around. Following the release of his remix for Skott earlier this week, the emerging beat-maker is back at it again with another inspired remix, this time for BØRNS “American Money.”

Out now on Interscope Records, AWAY’s newest remix once again showcases his deft touch for reworking vocals and constructing creative bass lines. It’s also no surprise that he’s also worked with Kiiara and earned the attention of tastemaker imprint Mind of a Genius. We’ll be keeping an eager ear open for this notable talent’s next release.

Always Never might be the new kids on the block, but you won’t be able to tell from how well-produced the alternative R&B/electronic duo’s music sounds. “Ultimatum” is the newest release from the pairing, made up of producer DIGY and vocalist KIRSCH.

3 million plays and a top spot on Soundcloud’s dance charts later for their previous release “Tragedy,” Always Never is turning heads and breaking hearts with “Ultimatum.” KIRSCH’s smooth vocal prowess is undeniable and DIGY shows he’s no slouch when it comes to bringing his melodic and structural ideas to life. Berlin-based songwriter Lola Sparks is putting her diverse musical influences on full display in “Soon to Die,” the lead single for her forthcoming debut album, Diary of a Lost Girl.

Having moved to Berlin at the tender age of 20, Sparks quickly established a rapport with co-writer and producer Kris Steininger to develop her own synthesis of electronic influences and vocal mastery. It’s pretty clear that the evolving starlet has an artistic vision that expands beyond just music. “Soon to Die” is easy on the ears, features eclectic tones, and an orchestral flair that speaks volumes of Lola’s creative mindset. The full EP drops in October 2016! Stay tuned.

Following the release of his Moods EP back in May, Heroic Recordings starlet Dooqu is teaming up with vocalist Ashdown for his next single titled “Dust.”

“I really do believe Ashdown and I have managed to bring out the best elements from each of our skillsets,” Dooqu said when asked about his newest release and it’s clear to hear why he thinks so. The two have teamed up in the past and the effortless ebb and flow between top line and instrumental throughout “Dust” speak volumes of an innate chemistry between the two talents. Heroic Recordings has a knack for discovering promising, eclectic talent and Dooqu looks to be an artist worthy of the Swedish imprint’s endorsement.
