Dónal joined the team as Interim Communications Manager in December 2014. He has over 8 years of experience working in various roles within in the Irish media, in Communications and on International projects.

Senior Fundraising Manager, Audrey Jones

Audrey was appointed Senior Fundraising Manager in July 2015. She has more than 15 years’ experience in fundraising and marketing environments in the UK & Ireland, working with both large and smaller charities. Prior to MSF, Audrey was Senior Fundraising Manager at Fighting Blindness, where she introduced and developed their donor acquisition and development programmes, as well as managing corporate fundraising and Trusts & Foundations.

Major Gifts Manager, Colm Dolan

Colm was appointed Major Gifts Manager in June 2016. He has worked in fundraising roles in for a number of international NGOs over the past 12 years. Prior to MSF, Colm was Major Donor Manager at Concern Worldwide, where he managed high value relationships with individuals, trusts and foundations.

Digital Fundraising & Marketing Coordinator, Adeline Destrémau

After graduating with a Master's Degree in International Affairs, Adeline gained experience working in different companies, especially in the internet industry, bringing with her a strong background in digital marketing. Adeline joined MSF in July 2014.

Fundraising and Office Administrator, Lia Paul

Lia graduated in the top of her postgraduate law school class in International Human Rights Law, with experience in fundraising, policy and programmatic work with other INGOs while training to be an Emergency Medical Technician. Lia joined MSF in 2014 working in fundraising, administration and communications.

HR and Recruitment Coordinator, Niamh Blake

Niamh was appointed as HR and Recruitment Coordinator in March 2016. Prior to joining the MSF team, Niamh supervised a programme for long term unemployed people in the Dublin area. She holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources and is currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Development Studies. Niamh previously volunteered in the MSF office in 2011 in a HR and recruitment support role.

Susan provides regular assistance to the MSF Ireland team on a part-time basis.

Press and Communications Intern, Laura McAndrew

Laura graduated with a degree in Journalism and New Media from the University of Limerick. She previously studied in Denmark on the World Politics, Risk Reporting and Multimedia course at the prestigious Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Digital Fundraising Intern, Jean Crudden

Jean's undergraduate degree in sociology spurred an interest with the internet. In order to grasp a further understanding, she obtained a higher diploma in web development.
