The Mountain's Face Under His Helmet Will Make Your Stomach Turn

(0) Comments | Posted July 15, 2016 | 9:01 AM

Your lunch is coming ... back up.

When we last saw The Mountain on “Game of Thrones,” Cersei brought him in to torture Septa Unella. No one really liked Unella on the show. She wasn’t nice. But this was pretty messed up.

(Dang. That is a shame.)

50 Cent Sees No Difference Between Kanye And Trump Running For President

(0) Comments | Posted July 14, 2016 | 8:02 AM

No one man should have all that power. Well, at least not one of these men.

We all cheered during the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards when Kanye West announced he was running for president.

“Wow, Kanye for president! This is gonna be good,” we said, nudging our friends in the arm.

“Stop nudging me!” said our hypothetical friends, but the point was made. This is hilarious. Or, it was.

After getting asked by Conan O’Brien if he liked the idea of Kanye being president or running for president, 50 Cent said, “I like the idea of him running.”

“That’s a lot of responsibility,” he added later. “You know what I’m saying? It’s the same thing like with Trump.”

“You think it’s really no difference between Kanye running or Trump running, is what you’re pretty much saying,” said Conan.

“I am saying that,” he said.

Much like when Kanye announced he was running, we all chortled when Trump threw his name into the presidential Goblet of Fire. We were chortling! Look how that turned out. We’re basically months away from building a giant wall to keep White Walkers out, or something.

I don’t know what you heard about 50, but the guy keeps it...

Trevor Noah Says Police Violence Is An 'American Problem'

(0) Comments | Posted July 8, 2016 | 9:26 AM

”I shouldn’t even be afraid to say it. America has a problem within its police force,” said Trevor Noah during a powerful “Daily Show” segment on police violence Thursday.

He continued, “And although this is a problem that disproportionately affects black people, it’s not just a black problem. This is an American problem.”

Noah delivered the speech in response to the recent deadly shootings of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling, and before the killings in Dallas took place, reportedly resulting in the deadliest day for police officers since 9/11.

The Daily Show” host brought up how admitting there’s a problem is the first step, and even gave the example of how the Las Vegas Police Department did just that and has since decreased the number of police shootings.

“If the police can get their shit together in a city where you can rent a tiger and then get married to a Filipino Elvis Presley, then in my opinion the rest of America has no excuse,” said Noah.

H/T Uproxx, “The Daily...

A Reluctant Bon Jovi Rocks 'Livin' On A Prayer' With Wedding Band

(0) Comments | Posted July 8, 2016 | 8:34 AM

It’s their wedding, and it’s now or never.

While attending a wedding in Miami over the weekend, despite initial reluctance, Jon Bon Jovi made a young couple (and the internet’s) dream come true as he joined the wedding band for “Livin’ on A Prayer.”

A prayer was all that jazz singer Lourdes Valentin had that Bon Jovi would join in. The dude just didn’t want to do it. Valentin reportedly knew Bon Jovi was attending the wedding as a guest of the groom’s father and prepared the song hoping he’d get on stage. Bon Jovi was apparently hesitant before the performance, during the performance and, who knows, possibly even after the performance, but the singer did oblige.

Peer pressure, man. It’s even tough for rockstars.

This is most definitely Bon Jovi’s worst nightmare for any wedding he attends, but the singer survived the performance and everyone seemed to have a great time.

Just take our hands, Jon. We’ll make it. I...
