The ABC Executive
Subject to policies and directions determined by the Board, the Managing Director is responsible for managing the affairs of the Corporation, including a leading role in the process of strategy formulation, planning and performance evaluation.Management of the ABC’s operations is the responsibility of a team of Executive Directors. This group convenes briefly each week, meets monthly, and holds a two-day off-site strategic planning session each year.
The Executive manages and coordinates its decision making through a number of strategic leadership groups, including the Audience Strategy Group, the Online Executive Group and the Editorial Policies Group.
