- Make ganache for macaroons.
Just before guests arrive
- Complete step 2 of tarts.
- Remove chicken from refrigerator.
- Continue from step 2.
- Remove macaroons from refrigerator.
- Bring to room temperature.
Just before serving
- Make Kir royal.
- Complete tarts.
- Complete salad.
- Complete chicken.
- Complete potatoes.
- Fill macaroons with ganache
