One of Perth's most exclusive night spots Malt Supper Club has gone into liquidation.

Gadens Lawyers confirmed the move to WAtoday, saying an application to wind the late night Mount Lawley venue up successfully went through on Thursday.

Malt Supper Club opened in 2010 as a late night venue mixing drinks with food and music.

The liquidation leaves many punters in doubt about Malt's events, including its New Years 'White Party' for which some people paid up to $100 a ticket for.

Gadens placed an application with ASIC to wind Malt Supper Club up in May of 2016 on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation.

ASIC's website also lists two more unsuccessful applications to call time on the night spot - one from April, 2015, and another from 2014.

Gadens said auditing group Pitcher Partners has been appointed as liquidator.

Malt Supper Club was opened by former Fremantle Dockers captain Peter Bell in 2010 and the venue has since passed into the hands of Perth entrepreneur Tony Tricarico.

Malt's Facebook page is advertising a 'Come Get Fed' six course degustation to be held at the venue on Thursday night, with no indication of any cancellation on the venue's website.

And just two days ago venue worker Fabio Merafina announced on its Facebook page he would be parting ways with Malt Supper Club this weekend after three years.

"A very big thank you to Tony Tricarico for giving me the amazing opportunity of working at Malt and believing in me from the very first day," he wrote.

"Although this is the end of my Malt journey, with every ending there is a new beginning, a bigger and exciting new things coming soon..."

Mr Tricarico then expressed his support to Mr Merafina.

"Thanks mate and thank you for all your support and your friendship you have been amazing we have had an awesome journey together NOW its your turn in life to take this amazing opportunity, I wish you all the best from my heart," he wrote.

Mr Tricarico has been contacted for comment about Malt's liquidation.
