Final Flood Warning for the Macquarie River

Flood Warning Number: 31

River levels continue to ease slowly in the lower reaches of the Macquarie
River around Westmoor and Cressy Pumps. River levels are now expected to remain
below minor flood levels.

Strong and dangerous flows will remain a hazard throughout the Macquarie
catchment for the next few days.

Macquarie River above Mt Morriston:
No further flooding is expected in the Macquarie River above Mt Morriston.

The Tooms Lake is currently at 4.65 metres and steady.

Elizabeth River:
No further flooding is expected in the Elizabeth River.

The Lake Leake is currently at 5.30 metres and steady.

Macquarie River - Lake River to Longford:
No further flooding is expected in the Macquarie River - Lake River to Longford.

The Macquarie River above Westmoor is currently at 3.06 metres and falling.

The Macquarie River at Cressy Pumps fell below the minor flood level (3.0
metres) Friday morning is currently at 2.95 metres and falling.
