Turnbull smeared by gay activists

MALCOLM Turnbull has been smeared in exactly the way that’s made many voters now despise the Left.

Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras voted on Saturday to disinvite the Prime Minister as an official guest at its next parade.

Yes, Turnbull is still free to turn up in the crowd but will not be among the VIPs if the Mardi Gras board accepts the vote of its members.

And why? Because activist Cat Rose of Community Action Against Homophobia, who brought forward the motion, claims he has allegedly “denied equality” to gays and lesbians.

He’s instead brought “even more homophobic attacks in the form of the plebiscite” — his plan, now killed by the Senate, for a public vote to decide whether to legalise same sex marriage.

What a smear. What hypocrisy, too, given Rose herself demanded a plebiscite only three years ago.
