The Qld rule for interstate travellers from a hotspot returning a negative test 72 hours before entry - does this mean the test must be taken with 72 hours, or just the result returned within 72 hours? i.e. if you were arriving Tuesday at 12pm, when would you get tested?

Christmas Island is not suitable for immigration detention, especially for a family with young children. The Island is more than 2500km from Perth, and has very limited acute healthcare. This family should be treated with compassion and housed safely in the community.
