Lyndey Milan’s media career spans over 25 years and covers most TV and radio networks and publishing houses. She spent over 10 years at ACP with roles including food director of The Australian Women’s Weekly and founding Associate Food Director of BBC Australian Good Food magazine.
She was co-host of Fresh on the 9 Network for 8 years and continues to be a regular TV guest. Lyndey has published seven popular books, including Lyndey Milan, the Best Collection, Just Add Spice (co-authored with Ian Hemphill) and Balance, Matching Food and Wine, What Works and Why (with Colin Corney), which won Best Food and Wine Writing at the 2006 Australian Food Media Awards.
A popular MC and presenter, Lyndey is also in demand hosting food and wine related classes such as Sydney Seafood School, The Royal Easter Show and appearing at food and wine festivals.
Blair Milan
Sadly co-host Blair Milan passed away in the early hours of Sunday, 17 April. He was admitted to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital the Thursday prior with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
Blair Milan had a BA Communication (Theatre/Media) with distinction from Charles Sturt University, where he was undertaking a graduate certificate in Journalism. Blair worked in all facets of the Entertainment Communication Industry, from sales and production, to behind microphones and in front of cameras. He appeared in an assortment of TV shows, advertisements and theatrical productions, and spent time working as a voice over artist, presenter and entertainer.
Lyndey and Blair's Taste of Greece is a tribute to this affable, talented and life-loving young man.
