Finally A Better Layout Of The Twitter App Add an option to clear recent searches instead of one by one. I There is no more limits of 140 words for DM which is good. Auto play of videos is great. Closing images is now easy having to just swipe down/up. Great option for searching GIFS. Badge counter has been added. Splash screen has been introduced. The new feature that users have been waiting for, Night Mode!! Moments has been added but still using the desktop to post

Mute button doesn't work - please fix It would be brilliant if you could switch DMs off completely. Not all of us want to be able to receive them at all. Also, please enable uploading of saved videos. Considering a huge amount of people use the app only, a lot more features should be available in app.

Fix Notification Sounds and customer service!!! I like having notifications, but I don't want a sound to play when I receive them. I set the notification sound setting to silent, and the second I leave that setting page it auto sets it to default sound. I have been woken up at 2am too many times! I also can't have it going off when I'm at work. I have messaged @Support at LEAST 15 times over the last 2 months, and no one has bothered to respond. Extremely poor customer service.

It's way of life, currently The world of Twitter can sometimes be silly, sometimes confirmative, sometimes you just want to vent sometimes disappointing, sometime just want to post a photograph, sometime just need to talk to someone. Constant updates which seem to take functionality away... very anti-social. Feedback never answered. Typical yanks. Why does this app run constantly? How can I keep it off until I want it to run?

Can't change notification ring tone I'm unable to change notification ring tone. Whenever I change the ring tone it automatically changed to default one. After many updates this problem is not solved 😣 If you can't make changes that we need then why you serve updates? I'm really upset 😣

New update is unusable for me. 5 second freezes in dms. The rest of the app isn't optimized well either. But dms are actually disgustingly bad. I don't understand how you can make a 2D UI lag this badly. Edit :this is probably a caching issue. A reinstall fixed it, still needs work on optimization though, i shouldn't have to do this manually.

Lots better! They added a dark theme to it so it's a little better now! One of the signatures of an Android is the customization, only stands to reason that the apps be the same. It's definitely the best twitter client out there and I've bought them all!

Noticeable notification lag Love the new design of Twitter. App is fluid with just the occasional bugs to want to make you rip out your hair. There's also a very noticeable lag in notifications. Notifications land on my smart phone after they have landed on my Laptop notifications or they just don't show up!

Fix this please! Won't let me choose my notification sound, keeps going back to the default sound. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Still can't set my own notification sound. When will this be fixed? Now about three updates have come and gone and still no fix!

Attempts to login w/wrong username The app tries to auto login using my droid gmail account, with no password input, and no ability to change the username/password fields. The login attempt also NEVER ends, so I can never login to the app. Fix it.

"Twitter is not responding!" This app doesn't work right. I get the message above whenever I go to change my profile or edit anything. I'm fed up with the application being incredibly slow and not responding and I have to report each time. Lags like hell New update sucks. It lags like hell while typing in the direct message. This made it impossible to chat in direct messages. Plus new gallery layout sucks big time. Why can't we use 3rd party gallery app by default? Plz change it ASAP

Great overall. One minor thingy is that sometimes when returning from a tweet you clicked on to view more - instead of returning to the selected tweet, whole feed gets refreshed and you are taken to a whole different "place". As said - minor inconvenience, great overall - thanks!

Interactions are broken ...with last update, suddenly I'm getting a fraction of the interactions I selected to be notified about. They don't even show up in the column.

Was great to follow the movers & Shakers Started to become very heavily censored. Was great while it lasted. If you write something mean, make sure to state that you are liberal or Democrat to avoid account suspension.

Easy to use This twitter app is great in terms of speed and visualization. The only problem is that it takes up a lot of memory space and process. Hope this drawback gets resolved thtough future updates.

Great app, poor users. Although Twitter may be a useful way to follow friends and celebrities to see what is going on in the their lives and in the world, a lot of people are using it for very negative reasons.

Don't like the new version I don't load previews of pictures so if i tap a tweet to look at the picture i always!!! get into the stupid sub menu. Put the little arrow away from where i tap and scroll, please. Not on the right top corner of tweets, it drives me insane

Notifications Notifications of people's tweets now says "new tweet" instead of the persons name? Takes up too much room and looks terrible! Hate it.

Use it everyday and it serves the purpose pretty well Came back to twitter after 2 years and the improved version of the app was a good surprise. The only problem I face is with posting tweets when my Internet is a bit unreliable while on commute. It forces the tweet to remain in intermediate state and doesn't allow to post/submit again.

Luv Twitter I luv Twitter. News feeds are getting better, latest update is great. Still waiting on a darker theme & would for app to refresh upon opening, please make it happen. Keep updating Twitter & thanks for all your hard work.

Terrible Why do you make it so hard to just see the people I'm following? Why don't notifications take me anywhere except the top of the timeline? Why do you crash all the time? Just... Why?

UNINSTALLING! Unable to silence notifications OR choose one of my own as the app will not save my selection. This is a pretty basic and crucial function! ALSO, even though the notification light option is checked, guess what? Yep no light. So let me know when you have gotten around to fixing these basic functions and I might reinstall. Android 6.0.1 on Sony XZ (though I don't think it matters what phone it is judging by others' comments on the same issue). Happy programming :)

Minor setbacks Great app, a bit laggy though and the notifications seem buggy: I don't get notified about a few of the accounts I follow even though I specifically set the notify option.

Problem with changing my profile picture I rate it 2 star because i can't change my profile. Fix it!

Twitter I will know soon. Not Impressed it asked for card data etc. I pressed continue, so a current password I have somewhere speaks volumes.

Love the censorship! When vuhginas and cuhckles whine and complain about how your opinion hurts dey feewings, Twitter will delete you. That is great and deserving of more stars than are available. Keep it up Twitter!

Twitter Needs Better Audience & Privacy Controls Twitter needs audience and privacy controls that can be utilized on a per tweet basis. This will give users more control over their tweets they want to keep within their following, their tweets they wish to make public, and should include custom settings to specify certain users in unique scenarios on a per tweet basis.

Like it, sad about 1 recent change I really like Twitter overall, am sorry they took away the ability to email tweets so you could check links out later.

Help This app open with "tweet not send, safe to draft" and no drafts has been saved. Even if it has been saved it won't send. I've NEVER had a problem with this. Fix it please
