Baby bolognese
This baby bolognese is a little blander than you may make for the rest of the family. It's a starter to introduce those tiny tastebuds to tomato flavours while giving them a good serve of nutritious beef.

ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250g minced beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tin (400g) tomato soup
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 x 400g tin diced tomatoes
method
- In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the mince and onion.
- Add the tomato soup, chicken cube and diced tomatoes. Mix well and bring to the boil. Simmer for 8 minutes.

- Serve this with kid's pasta shapes to make it fun and top with a little grated cheese.
- You can also add a little grated carrot and zucchini with the tomatoes and chicken cube.
