Step 1
Process basil, garlic, parmesan and pine nuts in a food processor until finely chopped.

With motor operating, gradually add oil and lemon juice until pesto is almost smooth.

Transfer to an airtight container. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
