A man's body has been found floating fully-clothed and face-down at Port Melbourne.
A passerby made the grim discovery between Station and Princes Piers just after 6am on Thursday.
Police are investigating.
The identity of the deceased has not been made public.
It's unclear whether the man, thought to be aged around 60, fell into the water or was the victim of foul play.
Police are reviewing CCTV in the hope it may help.
