Vote for your favourite 2016 Lilydale Show poster

IT’S time to show off and the title for best Lilydale Show poster for 2016 has gone to Chloe from Woori Yallock Primary School.

Now readers can vote for their favourite show poster.

Chloe, 11, was among hundreds of primary students across the Yarra Ranges who entered their masterpieces in this year’s competition.

Chloe said: “I went to the show last year and so I knew there would be fireworks and also really liked the Ferris wheel and how it lights up in the dark,” she said.

Show secretary Jacqui Cook said the event was in its 63rd year and had a strong focus on agriculture, horticulture and the community.

“We have a fun-filled carnival with rides, games, sideshows and showbags,” Ms Cook said.

Meanwhile Leader readers can vote for their favourite Lilydale Show poster from our Top 20 and be in the running for some great prizes.

The winner of the poster voted most popular by our readers and one random voter will each win a Healesville Sanctuary family pass, a Reading Cinemas Chirnside Park double movie pass and a Leader surprise pack.

The competition closes at 4pm on Tuesday, November 15. Winners will be announced on our Facebook page.
