Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 200g dark chocolate (85% cocoa)
- 3 tablespoons NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt

Step 1Preheat the oven to 150C. Grease and line a 20 x 20 cm square cake tin.

Step 2Melt the butter with the chocolate in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, then add the sugar and mix to combine.

Step 3Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Step 4In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Ensure that the ingredients are mixed well, but don't overmix.

Step 5Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.
