I used natural Greek yoghurt as an healthier alternative and it was amazing. Will definitely be making this again.

Very nice but quite rich, I would use normal chocolate, this should answer the question here... I melted the chocolate in the microwave instead of over water in the saucepan and combined with yoghurt, but went really lumpy so I did 30 secs in m/wave on 60% power and was a somewhat smoother. Also added baileys instead of vanilla.

DO NOT USE REALLY HIGH COCOA CHOCOLATE. I used an 86% dark chocolate, and it was far far too bitter. instead of vanilla I added strawberry liqueur which helped with the bitterness (being very sweet). I plan on serving with cream and hoping that helps. I think it would be nice made with old gold or dark chocolate that isn't above 60% cocoa and plan on trying that. I also used strawberry jalna yogurt instead of vanilla, but I think this would have taken away from the bitterness if anything.

I thought it would be really yummy (especially since im a chocoholic) but the vanilla yogurt and vanilla essence was just incredibly overpowering and IMO ruined the recipe. My partner did like them though.

So rich and delicious and so quick and easy to make! I have made this multiple times now. Love that it is not too sweet.

Made it excatly from the receipe. The result was very strong tasting and slightly bitter. Might have been better using different less strong tasting chocolate.

Very beautiful and so easy to make. You could use any chocolate you like to give it different taste. I used Danone Diet Lite youghurt so I could fool myself that I was being healthy :o)

Question: Could cream be exchanged for the yoghurt? Not a fan of yoghurt. And could milk chocolate be used rather than dark? Thanks!!
