Lina Nikolakopoulou has been one of the most emblematic figures of Greek music for the past 35 years. She is a lyricist, producer and distinguished multifaceted personality, distinguished by her continuous and dynamic creativity. Her prodigious output of songs, poems, special projects, books, lectures and more are warmly embraced by her Greek and international following and have sold millions of copies. She was a member of the creative team that was responsible for the opening and closing ceremonies Of the 2004 Olympic Games of Athens, for which she has been awarded the Medal of the Silver Cross by the President of the Hellenic Republic. Her lyrics have featured in songs performed by many of the most emblematic Greek artists, including: Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Haris Alexiou, Alkistis Protopsalti, Milva, George Dalaras, Dimitra Galani, and by numerous international performers as well.
