The International Spy Museum is a privately owned museum dedicated to the tradecraft, history and contemporary role of espionage, featuring the largest collection of international espionage artifacts currently on public display. The museum is located within the 1875 Le Droit Building in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of Washington, D.C., across the street from the Old Patent Office Building (which houses the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the National Portrait Gallery) and one block south of the Gallery Place Metro station via Red, Green and Yellow lines. In April 2015, plans for a new museum designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners were released. The lease on the site of the current museum ends in 2017.
The museum was built and founded by Milton Maltz and The House on F Street, L.L.C. at a cost of approximately $40 million. The museum was first conceptualized in 1996 and opened to the public in 2002. It is one of the few museums in Washington DC that charges admission fees.

I got this awesome rubik's 5x5 safe from Washington's Intl. Spy Museum. Update: I apologize to everyone for not uploading a video in more than a month's time. I am extremely busy and have a very important exam coming up. Videos will be suspended until I am finished with my exam, closer to summer time. But the main reason why I haven't been too active lately is because I have more and more work to complete everyday. Excluding homework, other activities will still hold up time. I will be uploading a series of 7 videos in the fall to explain why that is. Another thing is that I have other interests other than cubing, so once in a while, I will be uploading some non-cubing related videos. To all current subscribers, please be kind if you are not interested in the non-cubing videos, they ar...

3,000 years ago, Odysseus built a wooden Trojan Horse that would change the course of history. With your support, the International Spy Museum, in partnership with Handshouse Studio, hopes to reconstruct the first ever, period-accurate Trojan Horse at full scale. When completed, the horse will be installed outside the Museum’s new building in Washington, DC (opening in 2018) where it will serve as a powerful symbol of Covert Action. We need your help to give the Horse power.
