तुलसी को हमारे देश में एक पवित्र पौधा माना जाता है! तुलसी हर घर में पाई जाती है और इसकी देवी की तरह से पूजा भी होती है! धार्मिक महत्व के साथ साथ तुलसी स्वास्थ्य की दृष्टि से भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है! आयुर्वेद मे तुलसी का उपयोग औषधियाँ बनाने के लिए किया जाता है! तुलसी हमारे शरीर के लिए एंटीऑक्सीडेंट, एंटीबैक्टेरिया, एंटीफंगल व एंटीबायोटिक का काम करती है! जानिए तुलसी के लाम और फ़ायदे
1. दस्त होने पर तुलसी की कुछ पत्तियों को पीस कर उसमें शहद व जीरा पाउडर मिलाएं अब इसे मरीज को हर 2 घंटे में दें| बहुत आराम पाएंगे|
2. रोज तुलसी चबाने से कैंसर की कोशिकाएं शरीर में बढ़ नहीं पाती है|
तुलसी ब्लड शुगर को कम करती है, जिससे डायबटीज कंट्रोल रहती है|
3. तुलसी में दर्द मिटने के तत्व होते है जिसे खाने से बहुत हद तक आपको सभी तरह के दर्द से आराम मिलेगा|
4. गठिया दूर करने के लिए तुलसी की जड़, पत्ते, डंठल, मंजरी और बीज बराबर मात्रा में लेकर कूट, छानकर पुराने गुड़ के साथ मिला लें और बकरी के दूध के साथ सुबह-शाम सेवन करें।
5. तुलसी का रस आंखों की समस्याओं में अत्यंत लाभदायक होता रात में रोजाना श्यामा तुलसी के अर्क को दो बूंद आंखों में डालना चाहिए।
6. कान की समस्याओं जैसे कान बहना, दर्द होना और कम सुनाई देना आदि में तुलसी बहुत ही फायदेमंद होती है। तुलसी के रस में कपूर मिलाकर उसे हल्का गर्म करके कान में डालने से दर्द ठीक हो जाता है।
7. तुलसी खाने से खून साफ़ होता है जिससे आपकी त्वचा निखरती व glow करती है| जिनको हमेशा मुहांसे की परेशानी होती है, उनकी त्वचा को तुलसी हेल्थी बनाती है| तुलसी के पेस्ट को चेहरे पर लगायें| कोढ़ जैसी बीमारी भी तुलसी के द्वारा ठीक होती है| घाव शीघ्र ठीक करने के लिए तुलसी पत्र व फिटकरी खूब बारीक पीसकर घाव पर छिड़कें।
8. जलने पर तुलसी का रस व नारियल तेल फेंटकर लगाने से जलन दूर होगी, जख्म भी ठीक होंगे व जख्म का निशान भी धूमिल हो जाता है।
9. इसके अलावा तुलसी बालों के लिए भी अच्छी होती है, इससे आपकी जड़ो में खुजली नहीं होती और बाल झड़ने की भी समस्या हल होती है| आपको तुलसी खानी चाहिए या तुलसी का जूस पीना चाहिए|

घर मे हो तुलसी तो ध्यान रखे ये बातें
प्राचीन काल से ही यह परंपरा चली आ रही है कि घर में तुलसी का पौधा होना चाहिए। शास्त्रों में तुलसी को पूजनीय, पवित्र और देवी स्वरूप माना गया है, इस कारण घर में तुलसी हो तो कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए। यदि ये बातें ध्यान रखी जाती हैं तो सभी देवी-देवताओं की विशेष कृपा हमारे घर पर बनी रहती है। घर में सकारात्मक और सुखद वातावरण बना रहता है, पैसों की कमी नहीं आती है और परिवार के सदस्यों को स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्राप्त होता है। तो दोस्तो मैं आपको शास्त्रों के अनुसार बताई गई कुछ बाते आपको बताऊंगी जो तुलसी से जुड़ी है..
1.इन दिनों में नहीं तोड़ना चाहिए तुलसी के पत्ते-शास्त्रों के अनुसार तुलसी के पत्ते कुछ खास दिनों में नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। ये दिन हैं एकादशी, रविवार और सूर्य या चंद्र ग्रहण काल। इन दिनों में और रात के समय तुलसी के पत्ते नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए।
बिना उपयोग तुलसी के पत्ते कभी नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। ऐसा करने पर व्यक्ति को दोष लगता है। अनावश्यक रूप से तुलसी के पत्ते तोड़ना, तुलसी को नष्ट करने के समान माना गया है।
2. रोज करें तुलसी का पूजन-हर रोज तुलसी पूजन करना चाहिए साथ ही, हर शाम तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाना चाहिए। ऐसी मान्यता है कि जो लोग शाम के समय तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाते हैं, उनके घर में महालक्ष्मी की कृपा सदैव बनी रहती है।
3. तुलसी से दूर होते हैं वास्तु दोष-तुलसी घर-आंगन में होने से कई प्रकार के वास्तु दोष भी समाप्त हो जाते हैं और परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति पर शुभ असर होता है।
4. तुलसी का पौधा घर में हो तो नहीं लगती है बुरी नजर-
ऐसी मान्यता है कि तुलसी का पौधा होने से घर वालों को बुरी नजर प्रभावित नहीं कर पाती है। साथ ही, किसी भी तर की नेगटिव एनर्जी घर मे प्रवेश नही कर पाती और घर के लोगो मे पोजटिव एनर्जी रहती है।
5. तुलसी का सूखा पौधा नहीं रखना चाहिए घर में-यदि घर में लगा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाता है तो उसे किसी पवित्र नदी में या तालाब में या कुएं में प्रवाहित कर देना चाहिए। तुलसी का सूखा पौधा घर में रखना अशुभ माना जाता है। आज के दौर मे कुएं या तालाब का पानी मिलना मश्किल है तो आप घर के साफ पानी ही तुलसी को चढ़ा सकते है।
6. सूखा पौधा हटाने के बाद तुरंत लगा लेना चाहिए तुलसी का दूसरा पौधा-
यदि किसी कारण वश तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाये तो तुरंत ही दूसरा तुलसी का पौधा लगा लेना चाहिए। सूखा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा घर में होने से बरकत पर बुरा असर पड़ सकता है। इसी वजह से घर में हमेशा पूरी तरह स्वस्थ तुलसी का पौधा ही लगाया जाना चाहिए।
7. तुलसी है औषधि भी-तुलसी का धार्मिक महत्व तो है, साथ ही आयुर्वेद में इसे संजीवनी बुटि के समान माना जाता है। तुलसी में कई ऐसे गुण होते हैं जो कई बीमारियों को दूर करने और उनकी रोकथाम करने में सहायक हैं।
तुलसी का पौधा घर में रहने से उसकी सुगंध वातावरण को पवित्र बनाती है और हवा में मौजूद बीमारी फैलाने वाले कई सूक्ष्म कीटाणुओं को नष्ट कर देती है।
8. रोज तुलसी की एक पत्ती सेवन करने से मिलते हैं ये फायदे-
तुलसी की सुंगध हमें श्वास संबंधी कई रोगों से बचाती है। साथ ही, तुलसी की एक पत्ती रोज सेवन करने से हम सामान्य बुखार से बचे रहते हैं। मौसम परिवर्तन के समय होने वाली स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से बचाव हो सकता है। तुलसी की पत्ती सेवन करने से हमारे शरीर की रोगप्रतिरोधक क्षमता काफी बढ़ जाती है, लेकिन हमें नियमित रूप से तुलसी की पत्ती का सेवन करते रहना चाहिए।

Benefits Of Tulsi
Healing Power
The tulsi plant has many medicinal properties. The leaves are a nerve tonic and also sharpen memory. They promote the removal of the catarrhal matter and phlegm from the bronchial tube. The leaves strengthen the stomach and induce copious perspiration. The seed of the plant are mucilaginous.
Fever & Common Cold
The leaves of basil are specific for many fevers. During the rainy season, when malaria and dengue fever are widely prevalent, tender leaves, boiled with tea, act as preventive against theses diseases. In case of acute fevers, a decoction of the leaves boiled with powdered cardamom in half a liter of water and mixed with sugar and milk brings down the temperature. The juice of tulsi leaves can be used to bring down fever. Extract of tulsi leaves in fresh water should be given every 2 to 3 hours. In between one can keep giving sips of cold water. In children, it is every effective in bringing down the temperature.
Coughs
Tulsi is an important constituent of many Ayurvedic cough syrups and expectorants. It helps to mobilize mucus in bronchitis and asthma. Chewing tulsi leaves relieves cold and flu.
Respiratory Disorder
The herb is useful in the treatment of respiratory system disorder. A decoction of the leaves, with honey and ginger is an effective remedy for bronchitis, asthma, influenza, cough and cold. A decoction of the leaves, cloves and common salt also gives immediate relief in case of influenza. They should be boiled in half a liter of water till only half the water is left and add then taken.
Kidney Stone
Basil has strengthening effect on the kidney. In case of renal stone the juice of basil leaves and honey, if taken regularly for 6 months it will expel them via the urinary tract.

Tulsi (film)
Tulsi: Mathrudevobhava is a 2008 Bollywood film. The film is directed by Ajay Kumar and stars Manisha Koirala and Irrfan Khan. The film is an official remake of 1993 Telugu language film Mathru Devo Bhava which, again has been remade from Malayalam language film Akashadoothu (1993) directed by Sibi Malayil.
Plot
Tulsi tells the story of Tulsi (Manisha Koirala), married to a drunkard Suraj (Irrfan Khan). The couple is blessed with four kids. One evening, while Suraj is away, his friend (Yashpal Sharma) tries to molest Tulsi. When Suraj gets to know of it, he beats Yashpal black and blue. A furious Yashpal swears revenge. In the meanwhile, Tulsi is diagnosed with blood cancer. Yashpal attacks Suraj and murders him. A distraught Tulsi now decides to get her kids adopted by different families before she's gone.

घर मे हो तुलसी तो ध्यान रखे ये बातें प्राचीन काल से ही यह परंपरा चली आ रही है कि घर में तुलसी का पौधा होना चाहिए। शास्त्रों में तुलसी को पूजनीय, पवित्र और देवी स्वरूप माना गया है, इस कारण घर में तुलसी हो तो कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए। यदि ये बातें ध्यान रखी जाती हैं तो सभी देवी-देवताओं की विशेष कृपा हमारे घर पर बनी रहती है। घर में सकारात्मक और सुखद वातावरण बना रहता है, पैसों की कमी नहीं आती है और परिवार के सदस्यों को स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्राप्त होता है। तो दोस्तो मैं आपको शास्त्रों के अनुसार बताई गई कुछ बाते आपको बताऊंगी जो तुलसी से जुड़ी है.. 1.इन दिनों में नहीं तोड़ना चाहिए तुलसी के पत्ते-शास्त्रों के अनुसार तुलसी के पत्ते कुछ खास दिनों में नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। ये दिन हैं एकादशी, रविवार और सूर्य या चंद्र ग्रहण काल। इन दिनों में और रात के समय तुलसी के पत्ते नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। बिना उपयोग तुलसी के पत्ते कभी नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। ऐसा करने पर व्यक्ति को दोष लगता है। अनावश्यक रूप से तुलसी के पत्ते तोड़ना, तुलसी को नष्ट करने के समान माना गया है। 2. रोज करें तुलसी का पूजन-हर रोज तुलसी पूजन करना चाहिए साथ ही, हर शाम तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाना चाहिए। ऐसी मान्यता है कि जो लोग शाम के समय तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाते हैं, उनके घर में महालक्ष्मी की कृपा सदैव बनी रहती है। 3. तुलसी से दूर होते हैं वास्तु दोष-तुलसी घर-आंगन में होने से कई प्रकार के वास्तु दोष भी समाप्त हो जाते हैं और परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति पर शुभ असर होता है। 4. तुलसी का पौधा घर में हो तो नहीं लगती है बुरी नजर- ऐसी मान्यता है कि तुलसी का पौधा होने से घर वालों को बुरी नजर प्रभावित नहीं कर पाती है। साथ ही, किसी भी तर की नेगटिव एनर्जी घर मे प्रवेश नही कर पाती और घर के लोगो मे पोजटिव एनर्जी रहती है। 5. तुलसी का सूखा पौधा नहीं रखना चाहिए घर में-यदि घर में लगा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाता है तो उसे किसी पवित्र नदी में या तालाब में या कुएं में प्रवाहित कर देना चाहिए। तुलसी का सूखा पौधा घर में रखना अशुभ माना जाता है। आज के दौर मे कुएं या तालाब का पानी मिलना मश्किल है तो आप घर के साफ पानी ही तुलसी को चढ़ा सकते है। 6. सूखा पौधा हटाने के बाद तुरंत लगा लेना चाहिए तुलसी का दूसरा पौधा- यदि किसी कारण वश तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाये तो तुरंत ही दूसरा तुलसी का पौधा लगा लेना चाहिए। सूखा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा घर में होने से बरकत पर बुरा असर पड़ सकता है। इसी वजह से घर में हमेशा पूरी तरह स्वस्थ तुलसी का पौधा ही लगाया जाना चाहिए। 7. तुलसी है औषधि भी-तुलसी का धार्मिक महत्व तो है, साथ ही आयुर्वेद में इसे संजीवनी बुटि के समान माना जाता है। तुलसी में कई ऐसे गुण होते हैं जो कई बीमारियों को दूर करने और उनकी रोकथाम करने में सहायक हैं। तुलसी का पौधा घर में रहने से उसकी सुगंध वातावरण को पवित्र बनाती है और हवा में मौजूद बीमारी फैलाने वाले कई सूक्ष्म कीटाणुओं को नष्ट कर देती है। 8. रोज तुलसी की एक पत्ती सेवन करने से मिलते हैं ये फायदे- तुलसी की सुंगध हमें श्वास संबंधी कई रोगों से बचाती है। साथ ही, तुलसी की एक पत्ती रोज सेवन करने से हम सामान्य बुखार से बचे रहते हैं। मौसम परिवर्तन के समय होने वाली स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से बचाव हो सकता है। तुलसी की पत्ती सेवन करने से हमारे शरीर की रोगप्रतिरोधक क्षमता काफी बढ़ जाती है, लेकिन हमें नियमित रूप से तुलसी की पत्ती का सेवन करते रहना चाहिए। यदि आपके घर मे भी तुलसी का पौधा है तो आप भी इन बातों का ध्यान रखे ताकि आपके घर मे तुलसी से होने वाली बरकत बनी रहे। अपनी समस्या और परेशानियो को आज ही दुर करे चमत्कारी समाधान के टोटकों और उपायों से.. औऱ चमत्कारी समाधान की बाकी VDO को देखने के लिये हमारे चैनल को आद ही SUBSCRIBE करे । और अगर आप को हमारी VDO पंसद आये तो आप हमारी VDO को SHARE और COMMENT भी कर सकते है। Chamatkari Samadhan" on our channel Chamatkari Samadhan If Your Enjoying Our Videos Then Please share our videos with your face book, twitter and other accounts... also visit our sites... Benefits Of Tulsi Healing Power The tulsi plant has many medicinal properties. The leaves are a nerve tonic and also sharpen memory. Fever & Common Cold The leaves of basil are specific for many fevers. In children, it is every effective in bringing down the temperature. Coughs Tulsi is an important constituent of many Ayurvedic cough syrups and expectorants. It helps to mobilize mucus in bronchitis and asthma. Chewing tulsi leaves relieves cold and flu. Respiratory Disorder The herb is useful in the treatment of respiratory system disorder. A decoction of the leaves, with honey and ginger is an effective remedy for bronchitis, asthma, influenza, cough and cold. A decoction of the leaves, cloves and common salt also gives immediate relief in case of influenza. They should be boiled in half a liter of water till only half the water is left and add then taken. Kidney Stone Basil has strengthening effect on the kidney. In case of renal stone the juice of basil leaves and honey, if taken regularly for 6 months it will expel them via the urinary tract. 7. तुलसी खाने से खून साफ़ होता है जिससे आपकी त्वचा निखरती व glow करती है| जिनको हमेशा मुहांसे की परेशानी होती है, उनकी त्वचा को तुलसी हेल्थी बनाती है| तुलसी के पेस्ट को चेहरे पर लगायें| कोढ़ जैसी बीमारी भी तुलसी के द्वारा ठीक होती है| घाव शीघ्र ठीक करने के लिए तुलसी पत्र व फिटकरी खूब बारीक पीसकर घाव पर छिड़कें।

बिना उपयोग तुलसी के पत्ते कभी नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। ऐसा करने पर व्यक्ति को दोष लगता है। अनावश्यक रूप से तुलसी के पत्ते तोड़ना, तुलसी को नष्ट करने के समान माना गया है।
2. रोज करें तुलसी का पूजन-हर रोज तुलसी पूजन करना चाहिए साथ ही, हर शाम तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाना चाहिए। ऐसी मान्यता है कि जो लोग शाम के समय तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाते हैं, उनके घर में महालक्ष्मी की कृपा सदैव बनी रहती है।
3. तुलसी से दूर होते हैं वास्तु दोष-तुलसी घर-आंगन में होने से कई प्रकार के वास्तु दोष भी समाप्त हो जाते हैं और परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति पर शुभ असर होता है।
4. तुलसी का पौधा घर में हो तो नहीं लगती है बुरी नजर-
ऐसी मान्यता है कि तुलसी का पौधा होने से घर वालों को बुरी नजर प्रभावित नहीं कर पाती है। साथ ही, किसी भी तर की नेगटिव एनर्जी घर मे प्रवेश नही कर पाती और घर के लोगो मे पोजटिव एनर्जी रहती है।
5. तुलसी का सूखा पौधा नहीं रखना चाहिए घर में-यदि घर में लगा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाता है तो उसे किसी पवित्र नदी में या तालाब में या कुएं में प्रवाहित कर देना चाहिए। तुलसी का सूखा पौधा घर में रखना अशुभ माना जाता है। आज के दौर मे कुएं या तालाब का पानी मिलना मश्किल है तो आप घर के साफ पानी ही तुलसी को चढ़ा सकते है।
6. सूखा पौधा हटाने के बाद तुरंत लगा लेना चाहिए तुलसी का दूसरा पौधा-
यदि किसी कारण वश तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाये तो तुरंत ही दूसरा तुलसी का पौधा लगा लेना चाहिए। सूखा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा घर में होने से बरकत पर बुरा असर पड़ सकता है। इसी वजह से घर में हमेशा पूरी तरह स्वस्थ तुलसी का पौधा ही लगाया जाना चाहिए।
7. तुलसी है औषधि भी-तुलसी का धार्मिक महत्व तो है, साथ ही आयुर्वेद में इसे संजीवनी बुटि के समान माना जाता है। तुलसी में कई ऐसे गुण होते हैं जो कई बीमारियों को दूर करने और उनकी रोकथाम करने में सहायक हैं।
तुलसी का पौधा घर में रहने से उसकी सुगंध वातावरण को पवित्र बनाती है और हवा में मौजूद बीमारी फैलाने वाले कई सूक्ष्म कीटाणुओं को नष्ट कर देती है।
8. रोज तुलसी की एक पत्ती सेवन करने से मिलते हैं ये फायदे-
तुलसी की सुंगध हमें श्वास संबंधी कई रोगों से बचाती है। साथ ही, तुलसी की एक पत्ती रोज सेवन करने से हम सामान्य बुखार से बचे रहते हैं। मौसम परिवर्तन के समय होने वाली स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से बचाव हो सकता है। तुलसी की पत्ती सेवन करने से हमारे शरीर की रोगप्रतिरोधक क्षमता काफी बढ़ जाती है, लेकिन हमें नियमित रूप से तुलसी की पत्ती का सेवन करते रहना चाहिए।

घर मे हो तुलसी तो ध्यान रखे ये बातें
प्राचीन काल से ही यह परंपरा चली आ रही है कि घर में तुलसी का पौधा होना चाहिए। शास्त्रों में तुलसी को पूजनीय, पवित्र और देवी स्वरूप माना गया है, इस कारण घर में तुलसी हो तो कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए। यदि ये बातें ध्यान रखी जाती हैं तो सभी देवी-देवताओं की विशेष कृपा हमारे घर पर बनी रहती है। घर में सकारात्मक और सुखद वातावरण बना रहता है, पैसों की कमी नहीं आती है और परिवार के सदस्यों को स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्राप्त होता है। तो दोस्तो मैं आपको शास्त्रों के अनुसार बताई गई कुछ बाते आपको बताऊंगी जो तुलसी से जुड़ी है..
1.इन दिनों में नहीं तोड़ना चाहिए तुलसी के पत्ते-शास्त्रों के अनुसार तुलसी के पत्ते कुछ खास दिनों में नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। ये दिन हैं एकादशी, रविवार और सूर्य या चंद्र ग्रहण काल। इन दिनों में और रात के समय तुलसी के पत्ते नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए।
बिना उपयोग तुलसी के पत्ते कभी नहीं तोड़ने चाहिए। ऐसा करने पर व्यक्ति को दोष लगता है। अनावश्यक रूप से तुलसी के पत्ते तोड़ना, तुलसी को नष्ट करने के समान माना गया है।
2. रोज करें तुलसी का पूजन-हर रोज तुलसी पूजन करना चाहिए साथ ही, हर शाम तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाना चाहिए। ऐसी मान्यता है कि जो लोग शाम के समय तुलसी के पास दीपक लगाते हैं, उनके घर में महालक्ष्मी की कृपा सदैव बनी रहती है।
3. तुलसी से दूर होते हैं वास्तु दोष-तुलसी घर-आंगन में होने से कई प्रकार के वास्तु दोष भी समाप्त हो जाते हैं और परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति पर शुभ असर होता है।
4. तुलसी का पौधा घर में हो तो नहीं लगती है बुरी नजर-
ऐसी मान्यता है कि तुलसी का पौधा होने से घर वालों को बुरी नजर प्रभावित नहीं कर पाती है। साथ ही, किसी भी तर की नेगटिव एनर्जी घर मे प्रवेश नही कर पाती और घर के लोगो मे पोजटिव एनर्जी रहती है।
5. तुलसी का सूखा पौधा नहीं रखना चाहिए घर में-यदि घर में लगा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाता है तो उसे किसी पवित्र नदी में या तालाब में या कुएं में प्रवाहित कर देना चाहिए। तुलसी का सूखा पौधा घर में रखना अशुभ माना जाता है। आज के दौर मे कुएं या तालाब का पानी मिलना मश्किल है तो आप घर के साफ पानी ही तुलसी को चढ़ा सकते है।
6. सूखा पौधा हटाने के बाद तुरंत लगा लेना चाहिए तुलसी का दूसरा पौधा-
यदि किसी कारण वश तुलसी का पौधा सूख जाये तो तुरंत ही दूसरा तुलसी का पौधा लगा लेना चाहिए। सूखा हुआ तुलसी का पौधा घर में होने से बरकत पर बुरा असर पड़ सकता है। इसी वजह से घर में हमेशा पूरी तरह स्वस्थ तुलसी का पौधा ही लगाया जाना चाहिए।
7. तुलसी है औषधि भी-तुलसी का धार्मिक महत्व तो है, साथ ही आयुर्वेद में इसे संजीवनी बुटि के समान माना जाता है। तुलसी में कई ऐसे गुण होते हैं जो कई बीमारियों को दूर करने और उनकी रोकथाम करने में सहायक हैं।
तुलसी का पौधा घर में रहने से उसकी सुगंध वातावरण को पवित्र बनाती है और हवा में मौजूद बीमारी फैलाने वाले कई सूक्ष्म कीटाणुओं को नष्ट कर देती है।
8. रोज तुलसी की एक पत्ती सेवन करने से मिलते हैं ये फायदे-
तुलसी की सुंगध हमें श्वास संबंधी कई रोगों से बचाती है। साथ ही, तुलसी की एक पत्ती रोज सेवन करने से हम सामान्य बुखार से बचे रहते हैं। मौसम परिवर्तन के समय होने वाली स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से बचाव हो सकता है। तुलसी की पत्ती सेवन करने से हमारे शरीर की रोगप्रतिरोधक क्षमता काफी बढ़ जाती है, लेकिन हमें नियमित रूप से तुलसी की पत्ती का सेवन करते रहना चाहिए।

Healing Power
The tulsi plant has many medicinal properties. The leaves are a nerve tonic and also sharpen memory. They promote the removal of the catarrhal matter and phlegm from the bronchial tube. The leaves strengthen the stomach and induce copious perspiration. The seed of the plant are mucilaginous.
Fever & Common Cold
The leaves of basil are specific for many fevers. During the rainy season, when malaria and dengue fever are widely prevalent, tender leaves, boiled with tea, act as preventive against theses diseases. In case of acute fevers, a decoction of the leaves boiled with powdered cardamom in half a liter of water and mixed with sugar and milk brings down the temperature. The juice of tulsi leaves can be used to bring down fever. Extract of tulsi leaves in fresh water should be given every 2 to 3 hours. In between one can keep giving sips of cold water. In children, it is every effective in bringing down the temperature.
Coughs
Tulsi is an important constituent of many Ayurvedic cough syrups and expectorants. It helps to mobilize mucus in bronchitis and asthma. Chewing tulsi leaves relieves cold and flu.
Respiratory Disorder
The herb is useful in the treatment of respiratory system disorder. A decoction of the leaves, with honey and ginger is an effective remedy for bronchitis, asthma, influenza, cough and cold. A decoction of the leaves, cloves and common salt also gives immediate relief in case of influenza. They should be boiled in half a liter of water till only half the water is left and add then taken.
Kidney Stone
Basil has strengthening effect on the kidney. In case of renal stone the juice of basil leaves and honey, if taken regularly for 6 months it will expel them via the urinary tract.
