A devastatingly competent and insightful manual for living and dying as a dark triad agent in a fallen world infested with cowards, liars and thieves. It is an extremely well-written manual, and it delivers the goods page after page without stutter, hesitation or stall. Ivan Throne successfully pierces the fog of fear, ignorance and stagnation by jolting the reader into the dark world and setting forth the introduction of a wide-ranging set of tools that will sharpen the mind, body and spirit into an unrelenting unmoved mover status once thoroughly absorbed and practiced.

It is as real and gritty as it gets, gentlemen.

I was honored to be one of the first to purchase this book. Charles F. Haanel and Napoleon Hill taught the laws of Riches. Robert Greene taught the laws of Power. This book is a work in the same level of importance, delivering to the reader the laws of personal greatness in a corageous and articulate manner like never before. By my brief initial look, my conclusion is that the book is imenselly complex and profound in it's applications, probably needs to be read over and over again to the proper understanding to be achieved by meditation. This is not for entertainment.
Can't wait to get my printed version.

There are many "success" books around--some of them are even useful. "The Nine Laws" is much more; it is a book that seeks to penetrate the realities of life and explore the "Dark World" that so many try to deny. Full of actionable advice that goes far beyond the usual platitudes, this is ultimately a book of practical philosophy.

I was fortunate enough to be able to read and practice some of this material over the last few months, and promise: If you will do the work outlined here you'll be rewarded with a deeper penetration of reality, a deeper understanding of humanity and something much rarer even than these--a lighted Way in the dark world. Highly, highly recommended.

Ivan's eloquence with words and his ability to delve the depths of human behavior and interaction has created this one-of-a-kind work with the goal of teaching others how to utilize the Dark Triad traits for their own benefit. This isn't a book written by some nobody who's lived an easy life and speaks only about theory. Rather, his struggles and endeavors have taught him firsthand how brutal the world can be and what you must do to survive and thrive. The Nine Laws won't make you feel warm and fuzzy about yourself. It's intended to bring out the ruthless and calculating side of you.

It was the sheer audacity to expound on the virtues of being a DTM that first caught my attention. It is Ivan's mastery of language that makes his writing so orginal. Finally it was his frank assessment of modern day banality that awoke me to my own slumber. I owe him for that.

This book is unlike anything you've read before and is reminiscent of an older time before this malaise of apathy, emotivism and complacency. Prepare to feel not only alive again but as though you've been thrown into pitched battle.

AS I told Ivan a couple months ago: "If you love Game of Thrones, this is the self-help book for you! P.S. You're gonna die" (see Chap. 4). He laughed.

Ivan certainly hasn't had it easy, as a quick "Look Inside" read will tell you. I was proud to lend him a hand, though, because his pain is your gain.

The Nine Laws contains chapters on Survival, Concealment, Purpose, Endurance, Posture, Freedom, Power, Preposterousness, and the Zen void of No Laws. Each of these chapters contains specific exercises, in order to make the book's mindset shifts easier to grasp and apply.

For instance: "Dissect your greatest power. What is left if that is gone? Identify three alternate sources."

Other chapters provide the framework around the Nine Laws; help in aligning and focusing them; offer skills, practitioner, and methods training; or provide principles of recovery when you miss your mark.

As Ivan says, "your habits will be the bones of your mastery."

This book is NOT for everybody. It reads like a gathering storm, and deals in hard truths. It pointedly prods introspection, and demands committed action. The people it was meant for will find it - and they will treasure it.

Amazon's "Look Inside..." feature, above, will tell you if you're one of those people.

Ivan Throne is doing important work. You don’t have to be ultra-conservative to acknowledge that our nation has gone soft. What would our ancestors who survived the great depression and WWII think of what is happening today? They of the “Great Generation” who defined toughness and grit would cringe at the sight of 16-year old high school cheerleaders, who have never known a difficult moment in their lives, kneeling during the national anthem. Our country is overweight, distracted, desperate for attention and unable to finish what we begin. Those are just some of the reasons why this work is important.

Ivan provides a counterpunch to the weakness permeating our culture. You don’t have to agree with every point he makes; that’s not the issue. I would simply suggest opening your mind to what he has to say and capture some of the gems he provides. It’s also worth noting that the author has some credibility. He has overcome some debilitating personal conditions and anyone who makes his capabilities exceed his limitations is worth listening to. By all appearances, his personal life is in order as well.

There are a number of books out there on psychopathy (check out authors Dutton, McNabb, Thomas, e.g.) but Ivan takes things further, both philosophically and practically. Read this book – and understand the meaning of “Get up and walk!” You won’t regret it.
